Please refund my purchase price. There are no images provided as shown in both your demo and your documentation and the Quickstart package relies on a third party component to make changes to the template. Joomla is already a complicated process and finding a reliable and consistently updated Framework is a daunting process in itself. Adding another layer of complication just makes your template unnecessarily cumbersome. Your documentation is riddled with typos and misspelled words and is very difficult to follow. I’m amazed that the few people using this template have spent the time to learn your pagebuilder component and have figured out how to do so using your documentation. Again, please refund my purchase. BTW, I raised these issues in your support forum and it took almost three days to receive a response that basically said I needed to talk to the author of the template.

Hi, it seems on first sight of working with this template that there a bugs or something is missing etc. But the only thing this template needs, is a little bit time of checking all the possibilities with the separate template sections. You nearly have unlimited of variations and you are able to create different “sub themes” for each section of the site. If you want everything in the same look, you have to go one time through the different layouts. I would say it is a kind of masterpiece and really worth its money. And from the moment you are into it, you can change parts very easy and then also very fast. @Nunforest: Thank you for this template!

I installed the theme via quickstart. When I remove the fresh module, it affects the last module.

I installed several times, try to remove it from database but no solution.

Hi, I am using one of your Joomla templates called Hoxa, and have started getting an error when trying to edit the CSS in the back end.

I have noticed an other user has reported the same problem on your forum here: ( http://support.cththemes.com/?topic=edit-logo-withing-style-css ) but despite the issue being resolved, no working solution was posted on the forum. So my question is how did you fix this issue.

I am using the latest version of Joomla and the latest version of your Hoxa template.

Hi, I purchased the template Oxsa but I see a lot of problems even after fix . top panel merges with the menu . iphone vision of horizontal scrolling down by mistake and always charging . so sorry but I will not do, it also happens on your demo . I await urgent response tnx best regards
