REVOLUTON SLIDER stuck in default on the homepage. i just purchased this theme and everything is fantastic just cant get the slider tab to show the ones i created any sugestions.
for example when im editing the home page and go down to revolution slider options the only option in my tabs to pick a slider is default and i have already set sliders up. please help my store is down becuase im changing to this theme.

Hey Adrian I found everything I needed i just had to take a different route i will but i have food for thought? will there in the future be a way to shrink the size of the image headers on the shop pages? And the header transparency needs a light or dark option on the single product page i had a white text but had darker pictures to show it but when i got to the single product page my menu would be white thus making it invisible that is just something to think about for the future. Great theme Adrian.

I’m not getting any responses to my support tickets either.
Having trouble getting this theme to look right: the accompanying Revolution Slider won’t allow me to edit slides (it shows javascript:void(0) ) and the portfolio doesn’t work.
And when I submitted a ticket they responded asking for access. I gave it to them but then NO RESPONSE even after multiple emails.

Hello, in the product as can I delete and edit the description and review?
I have sent a support ticket but no reply to that. The header is stuck and doesn’t change even after dual logo, top bar and sticky header is enabled. All of a sudden the header background became black and its stuck there.
Can we add video to the product page image slider or do we need a custom plugin for this? Or can we add a video in the description secton of the product page and will it still be responsive on mobile devices or will it mess up the structure of the description section? Amazing theme by the way!

You won’t need a plugin to insert a video in the description and that’s the only way to go, the current gallery doesn’t support a mix of images and videos, it only supports images.

Hello! Congrats on the great looking theme. It seems to be the best fit for my online boutique and want to purchase, just have a quick question: My products are fully customizable so I’m wondering how customizable your product variable options are beyond Color and Size. For example, if I want my end user to be able to design a handbag themselves by selecting from various fabric fabric choices for TOP – BOTTOM – LINING. Will I be able to tweak the template to accommodate this level of customization?

Love the theme and the mobile layout is amazing! finally people i found someone that understands the 2 column mobile layout. I want this theme asap and have only a simple question is the sticky header able to be disabled and those big titles on the pages can they be disabled as well if they are I will purchase immediately. thanks awesome work.

Just a couple of questions.
1.The Centered Logo / Split Navigation isn’t quite showing in the centre of the screen and is off to the left slightly. Here is an example of what I mean from the demo page. http://grab.by/DsFe
On my site it does the same but is a pointed triangle it shows more obvious that its not in the centre and doesn’t match up with the centre of my header titles.
Can you please look into this for a fix.
2. Does the theme work with custom fonts?

Pre sale questions:
1) if i click on product (in category page) it opens single product page by default. Is it possible to change that to just quick view (lightbox with buy button)?
2) Can I set up infinite scrolling for products?
3) If these are not the theme features, can I use external plugins – this for quick view and this for infinite scroll? It should work, am I right?

I have placed a support ticket. I have a 404 page not found error every time I click on one of my products. It keeps redirecting to the 404 error page.
I have set the permalinks correctly but still not able to get it to work. Is there an update for the theme or fix for this issue? Please assist me. I would really hate to delete my install and find another theme that works with woocommerce. I like the shopkeeper theme, but please help.
