in older versions of bootstrap the responsive styles were seperated from other stylesheets but unfortunately in Bootstrap 3 this is not possible.

you can try removing specific codes for specific devices but this is not that easy to do.

hi 1kobe, the difference is design only, they have almost the same elements but you cannot use them for blog cuz these are html only templates, not WP.
