3. not officially, but I saw many sites using Yoast and Shard without any problems
4. we don’t have video tutorials but there is demo content and documentation with animated gifs on how to replicate demo sites

I have bought Shard theme and we have a lot of problems with drag and drop. When we save portfolio page the shortcodes multiply several times and I have to remove them manually. If I edit the portfolio again, we have again the shortcodes several times. It’s a nightmare to use it. Please help us.

Hi, you probably have problem with visual tab. Switch to Text tab before you switch to Drag and Drop tab and everything will be ok. The thing is that Visual tab makes some changes on content.
We are currently working on new plugin that will have this fixed and we will update theme with it soon.
If you have more problem with it please post on our support forum and give us access to site so we can check.

Are there any updates coming out soon? The built in page-builder is rather glitchy. I’ve switched to Visual Composer.
Even after making the switch, text editor spacing is really annoying.
Hi, yes we are working on new page builder right now, still no due date for release. If you have switched to VC spacing you are getting is probably caused by WP Visual tab.

I have had this problem since purchasing the theme a year ago. I’ve just recently switched to VC which has been a temporary solution. I’d rather use the built-in page builder if it was updated regularly enough.
As soon as we release new page builder shard will get an update with it

before swithing to Drag and Drop tab switch to Text tab than Drag and Drop.. Visual tab in background makes changes to HTML in D&D content..

I am facing issues with the portfolio section in the theme. After I select the Page Template to be 4 column portfolio and I tried to View Page, it leads me to an empty page. Is there any solution for this? I have purchased this theme on another account with the username “guohong”

There are quite a few compatibility issues with this theme. Issues with Windows 8 – IE 11 where images do not show up and the menu is not usable. The support quality also has dropped quite a bit, hoping to have some of these issues resolved.
The theme also has issues handling SVG files in some browsers, most importantly it does not allows SVG files to display in the header (but does allow SVG files to show in the body and in the footer).
I am hoping to have these issues resolved soon, or I will need to look for another theme.

I’m having issues with drag & drop… in the future you should really use visual composer, drag and drop seems to be the pits, I’m also having issues, aligning images doesn’t text wrap properly… I’m running version 2.1.0 and it looks like you’re telling others to update it, to version 3.0.2 but there is no option to update it or the theme… Help please?

Hi I did update the theme and drag and drop now works (with some bugs, can’t add images or links in text/html) but the image aligning still is having issues, it won’t wrap the text around the image still the first line does but not the other lines of text after

Hi! Great theme.. setting it up I’m running into a problem though. I noticed others have had the issue, too. When I edit an HTML / Text block it goes crazy with P and BR tags and loses the formatting every time I update the page, even if I don’t touch that block. I’ve been trying to figure it out for an hour and it is costing me too much time 
Any idea what’s going on? I finally installed the theme today, including the plugins.

I have another question about the Megamenu… It says to “Use description field as HTML content”—what is the Description field? There’s only URL, Navigation Label and Title Attribute…
You need to show it in Screen options (top right corner), it is disabled by default in WP

I have purchase this theme a while ago and I have develop my website offline before transfer online.
My problem is since I transfer my website online I have an error with dnd shortcode on wordpress back-end when I edit a post or page.
Error below:

That is default WP behavior and theme does not change it in any way. I believe this plugin is what you need
