Hello, I can see in your admin demo sites that you can set a Fire Slider as a full screen and you can add some layers as HTML or Image, but I cannot figure it out how to add layers in different languages if you have a multilingual site? For ex. let’s say that I have installed English and Bulgarian language on my site. I have a full screen picture of a dog and a HTML layer that says – I LOVE ANIMALS. When I change the language into Bulgarian, the layer should say – OBICHAM ZIVOTNITE (Cyrillic off course) . I consider it is very important to be able to make a multilingual slide shows. Is it possible to do this in Pavilion?

1.I know the theme support arabic but the backend has the feature to upload the info info arabic language ?

2.Is multimerch working and compatible with the theme ?

3.Will i be able to integrate the local bank payment to it ?

4.How to add the logistic to it ? How will the logistic guy be able to look for the goods to delivered? will it manual or he’ll have a log in section for it ?

I read that several people are complaining about the lack of support but I think that at least 90-95% of ALL the problemes and questions were be answered/ solved within the regular time (2 days).

Hello again! I was among the first users who liked and commented on this theme. I also suggested a Full Screen slider and a Blog as very necessary features, and I also said that I will buy the theme when I will be ready to start my project. I haven’t changed my mind, but I am very late with my project, so I haven’t bought it yet….but I will soon. What I would like to say is that I will buy your theme not only because of the potential I see in this theme, but also because I like you (your team), I mean I like the way you communicate with your clients, and you are always ready to help even resolving the bugs from the official opencart software. This behavior of yours, your great support, gives to your clients an additional security that with their shop will be all OK, and you will surely have more sales. Some clients have attacked you telling you even bad words (you haven’t deserved that), I understand them (not their behavior), they are desperate to start their business as soon as possible and earn some money, and no matter I am not registered at your support forum (I cannot because I am not officially your client yet), I have been fallowing all the posts there (I must be aware of the bugs and the solutions, and be better prepared when the time comes to use your theme), and so far I think that you are almost a perfect team (only because the saying is: nobody is perfect ). In the meantime, while I am waiting for your next mayor release and preparing for my project, if you don’t mind, I would like to suggest some things for your to do list>

1. A popup message for age restriction and advertising. I think that by the law, if you want to sell wine or any other type of alcohol in the EU, you must have this warning on page load (a good example of what I mean is the popup feature from Journal theme).

2. By the law you must have a cookie warning too, but I do not know, maybe this option is already incorporated in the core of opencart, or there are some free extensions, but however if it is not, it could be a good idea for you to have it in your theme as a standard feature..

These two features are very important because because are dictated by the EU law. The next one is not so important, but it is nice….I do not know if you have the option for image swap, I cannot see it on your demos, so…

3. Image swap (It is very nice for ex. when you see a dress, and then on mouse over you see how it looks like on a model)

No more suggestions for now, because I know that you are preparing some great and /or necessary features for your next release (I hope soon), and your to do list is not short for sure .

I wrote all this because in my way of thinking, your company (and all other developers) and we (the clients), have to work together constantly and help each others….you help us offering themes with affordable and reasonable price to starting our businesses, and we help you suggesting about building better themes, so it is very simple, If client helps you, he helps himself, and if you help client, you help yourself .

At the end what else could be if not CONGRATS one more time for your great work!

Very disappointed with this theme.

It seems it can not be used if you have Shoppica installed. There is no mention of that in the sales blurb. It has cost us 2 days of installing and re-installing and trying to configure things to work – with no success and no support..

At this stage all of my Shoppica sites AND Pavillion sites do not work. I have started a support ticket on their forums and had no response. Neither have others with trouble with Shopicca either.

Surely Themeburn should be treating ppl with their previous themes a little better?

I would like a refund for either Pavillion (or a refund for Shoppica with support to get Pavllion working).

I believe this is totally unacceptable for ecommerce support.

While I’m in complaining mode – it would be good if you made your only support portal a little easier to search.

Trying to search for answers is tedious and unreliable – if you fixed this you may get less duplicate requests. A simple ‘search this topic only’, ‘solved answers only’, ‘newest first’ and ‘topics with replies only’ would surely not be too hard for people in the developing game?

Hi, I just purchased the theme, I installed but not working. I deleted my site with all the data and extensions and I made a new clean installation with no data and extensions. No, it does not want to work. After 7 hours I decided to leave and I do not want to use a software for me complicated or with problems. In the administrative side when I try to save it stops. I want to request a refund as there no intention to use this theme. I tried searching how to request a refund but have not found anything.
