You can change background color and other appearance styles by making the necessary changes to .css template files.

I would like to use your template to let fisicians sing up and have a site where they would offer their patients the hability to make an appointment. You get what I mean? Is it possible?
I mean, for a fee they’d have ‘online appointment tool’ on their site. That would be awesome.

We suggest using a fully functional WordPress theme for the options you have described. The case is, Medical Care – Responsive Medical HTML5 Template is not a WordPress theme, it is a mere HTML template, which does not have an admin panel or any functionality. All data is added to this template manually, using any code editor (for instance, sublime text). We will release a WP version soon. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to provide the precise release date.
