Hey, the video playback has stopped working on Safari only. Any reason why? Did I perhaps miss an update?

Hi. Just sent you another email with issues details about the background video on diffrent devices and OS, which doesn’t work : - no video background picture 1920×1080 instead video on ipad iOs 8.4.1 - same on Android 4.4.2 - video stopped with play icon (no auto play) on iPhone 4 iOs 7.1.2. And on click, the iphone player is launched, wich is completely out of the desire effect that the user (and me, the client !) is expected.. Mobile devices do not support background videos, thats why you can only see background image on phones.

Can we make it so the “logo” in the top left menu doesn’t SQUISH when you scroll down? Also, the beginning “LOAD” logo—can that be a larger area, it’s being cropped as it is now.

Yes, I see now, sorry.
I see that you changed width and height of logo, but you didn’t change background-size.
background-size:116px 16px;change it to be same 204px 91px, and change distance from top. Now is: top:22px.

1. the only issue now is that the logo is still distorted on an iPhone… 2. I can not figure out how to change the link colour from blue ;/

I know you are busy – I’m just hoping you can help me with my request. I just can’t figure out why the mail form doesn’t work with an iPhone. It can’t be the server b/c it works on a desktop… and it can’t be the ISP b/c it’s not working from two very different places. Any ideas?

On the paralex version, one of the images shows the repeat image line. however, it only looks that way on certain computers/browsers. at home, it looks fine on firefox, but at work, it shows it on firefox. At home, it shows it on safari, but at work it looks fine.

Hi I’ve purchased this item and am having trouble with the drop downs on the iPhone, the sub category does not work, they do not display or when they do it just just back to the top of the page. Please can you look into this ASAP?
When I insert a logo (same size) it becomes smaller.
Is there a way to reverse the content in ‘cd-single-item’? I’d like to be able to have the slider on the right and the text on the left. So have the pic_right-text_left option without loosing the default pic_left-text_right option.

It’s not text, it is logo image. Edit index.html file and go to the bottom of that file, you will see :

i love the template but it looks bad in ie. the word wrapper goes beyond the last word. looks great in chrome, firefox and safari. internet explorer however does not. i’ve looked at multiple computers with ie 11 installed and they all have the same issue.
It seems to me that everything works normally in IE. Can you please send me some screen shots?

Sorry to bother again. I have 2 questions. The top of my video seems to be cut off. Is there a way to scoot the video down?
Also, the logo on the prloader is cut off top and bottom.

Hi,
The top of your video is cut off because of your navigation background. Edit layout.css and find class .menu-back and set opacity:0.6;
Find #royal_preloader.logo .loader in layout.css and change width and height of that div to be same as your logo dimensions.

Demeter have scroll reveal plugin ( http://scrollrevealjs.org/ ), so effect on scroll can be added on any element.

Its a top Design! I have only one problem, the video in HTML5 is not perfect in the smartphone-up. Could they improve that? This will almost appear throughout the video?
