Revolution slider is not bundled in the theme so I’m afraid you would need to ask plugin author for support.

The Additional Features is none-hierarchical taxonomy, like the post tag, so it does not show the check list as the category, but if you type the first letter, you will see the suggestion list of the exists words.

However, if you look at the site the sweet home logo is still there and the other thing you told me to do with the header background has made it tile?? All I want to do is replace the sweet home logo with me own (in the same place).

Also, put this code in Theme Options/General/Custom CSS field to hide the while nav at the top bar and the blue dot:
