Hi, I wish to buy this theme. Just need to know if I can host audio posts on it? Like soundcloud embed so that it appears as the thumbnail and people can play it without opening the post. Like it happens for Videos.

I’ve checked on demo site but not found this error. Please update theme to latest version (v1.1.0) by re-download theme file from ThemeForest and check the problem again.
I would like the buy the theme. There is just one thing. I would like to turn off the date for the posts and the comments.
So no date of the post of comments should be visible in the code. Is that possibel? If yes, could you please tell me wich extra lines of code I need to add.

{ display: none !important; }
Then navigate to ‘Theme Options > Custom CSS/JS’ and paste into ‘Custom CSS’ option.
thanks mate. So just to be clear about it. I won’t see it. Does this mean google also can’t see it? A friend of mine said something about metadata. So the date of the posts and comments are not shown to google.

It’s just hide a post date on browser but the code of post date is still existing in the page’s source code thus google can see it.

You need to modify these files.
\themes\sprout\templates\post-loop\post-*.php \themes\sprout\templates\post-meta-large.php
For removing date in comment, We’re using a wordpress’s default template thus you need to modify the argument of this function comments_template which called at vw_the_post_footer_sections() in this file ’\themes\sprout\inc\template-tags.php’

Kindly sorry, I can’t provide a support for theme modification because touching a theme files may be caused the problem for the future updates and i do support only bugs on the original theme version.

A very simple way is using above css. If you’re serious about the code, I recommend you to hire some freelancer for this task.
I have another question, is there some possibility to change the font size/family of megamenu? I decided to add a list of categories in the left side of my megamenu and then, in the right side, 3 category columns, like your demo site.
So I’d like to change the font size of that list that I said.

The option for adjust a font size in sub menu is not available but you can use CSS to adjust it. Please copy a custom css from the below

You page ID is correct (328600203821465). I think this may caused from some settings on facebook because your page can’t be accessed if not logged in to the facebook.
Please check your facebook page setting to enable your page can access from not logged in user (You can test by using another browser or incognito/private mode in browsers).
Also, you can compare with this page https://www.facebook.com/envatomarket that can be accessed even you’re not logged in.

I have followed your instructions to get the Facebook page iD and I have placed it in the widget, but it does not link to my page, only to facebook.com, and it shows 0 fans. When I put in Envato’s (80655071208) it doesn’t work either.

1. You can set this option ‘Theme Options > Site > Site Header Layout’ to ‘Left Logo’ and the top ad will be placed on the right. BTW, On mobile device, There is a few space. Thus tops ad must be placed under logo.
2. Please update theme by re-download the theme file from ThemeForest. You will see a notification for installing the shortcode plugin in the admin page. Just click to install those plugins.

You can create a homepage by using Simple Page Composer and add two sections
1. Post Slider – For a large slider
2. Custom Content Section – For a static content

Just two points:
1) For those like me who are changing from other themes, in order to use “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, wich are the recommended image size (wp) settings?
2) Parallax! Yep, It would be nice (ex: in “Full page link section”). Maybe in the future?

1. If you’ve an existing images, You need to use ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’ to regenerate all image thumbnail to a proper size.

Hello, I found another bug causing me problems. On posts, whenever I have a title that is longer than 30-32 characters it just cuts the next letter instead of moving the whole word to the next line. For example the following is the title of one of my posts:
CELEBRA EL DÍA DE REYES CON EL NUEVO EMPAQUE DE EDICIÓN LIMITADA DE JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE LABEL
However it is cutting it like this:
CELEBRA EL DÍA DE REYES CON EL N UEVO EMPAQUE DE EDICIÓN LIMITA DA DE JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE LABE L
What can I do about this? It’s quite problematic that it doesn’t recognize the whole word and moves it.

Pre-sales question.
In the theme where the ‘breaking news’ part is….is it possible to have a a different menu there with links to different pages such as: About, Advertise, Subscribe, Testimonials etc.
In the main menu I would prefer to keep it about the topics.
A lot of themes have this 2 menu function and it would be really beneficial for me. Breaking news would not be needed for my niche.
