1) Are you referring to the properties with the map view on the left side and content on the right?
2) You already can filter properties by category (and if you are referring to the blog, this is already included)
3) Properties don’t have tags (and if you are referring to the blog, this is already included)
4) Property regions are included, the fields is called ‘Neighborhood’. And after the first update you’ll be able to add your own custom fields to a property.
5) Not yet implemented, but I will take this in consideration for future release

I think all comments made by powerbroker4 have been on point so far as they are exactly what i was looking to ask. So i personally would advice that you put his questions into consideration 100% and this theme could be the best out there. Looking forward to the new updates as i will be buying the theme definately. Ahh one last thing, the theme acts funny when i use it on my phone especially with the maps

Can you add this feature. When an agent submit their property, their property will be held ” In pending status” for admin approval.

Hello there, great Theme! Just couple of questions which i hope you will add in the new update.
We need to be able to add video, We would love a google street view integrated. Can we add extra fields for Listers to be able to add fields like nearest train station, Nearest Schools and restaurants. Or is it possible to use a Google API to make this work automatically. Is it possible to have a small box for verified Listers? Can you restrict the Listers to list for country search or city search to only USA and Newyork only.

1. Is it possible to change color on map pins depending on if it is an apartment or villa? 2. In property listing page, is it easy to integrate a “list by” function like list by recently added properties, highest/lowest price etc.? 3. Also is it possible to add images on front page with name of cities and by clicking on them show all properties in a particular city like for example “Properties for sale in Paris”. 4. Can I change account settings so that all signed up users by default can submit properties? I my case I want all users to be the same, not splitting it up in agents and regular users. 5. Can I add “terms and agreements” in sign up process and add a description below each photo in property description page like “living room”, “kitchen” etc? 6. Finally I want to be able for users to add when there are scheduled showings of the property they are selling, is this possible?

I edit libs/manage_favourites.php in line 19. I comment this line ($fav=[]) and works good. Thanks
Yes, I know about that, it’s beacause of the php version that you have. Could you please replace that line with this: $fav = array(); This fix will be implemented in next update.

Yes I did add the facebook login ID. When using the facebook login. the status shows “sending…”
When Sign up with facebook. Nothing happens at all.
Please make sure you created a facebook app and use app ID, not your facebook ID. https://developers.facebook.com/apps

The location on the property map shows up by City and by address.
I can not edit the property Latitude / Longitude to correct the property location.
On the demo. The properties are showing different map locations. I must be doing something wrong or my theme have a bug.

I agree with CODEPHENOM. We all do not need For Sale and For Rent. Also I What about removing land. I do not sell or rent land. This will confuse users.

Bug Found The property type ‘For Sale’ and ‘For Rent’ cannot be deleted. Only new types can be added. Renaming the types also does not work.
Hi, those two are the default types, so if you want a property to have other type, you can just check that particular type, I don’t see a problem doing that. Thanks!
You can’t actually delete ‘For Rent’ or ‘For Sale.’ That’s an actual problem.
