I bought Bigbang a couple of years back (I’ve got v. 1.9.5!). I bought it with my old Theme Forest account though and I’ve got no idea what those account login details were. How can I get my hands on the purchase number from the installed theme files on my website so that I can update the theme?

I love the theme! I have a few questions before I purchase this template.

Q1: There are 2 buttons (magnify glass and link icons) when mouse is over on the thumbnail of portfolio.

- Can I hide one of them? (for example, when I just want to show my video only popup window – no new page required. )

- if I can display only 1 button, is it possible to make the whole thumbnail image clickable? not just the button?

Q2: I would like to add search / filter plug-in. Will it work in the template? or will it cause conflict? https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-filter/

My idea of purchasing your theme was to cut almost half my development time but after several tries of importing demo content, I’ve finally give up.

I’m sure you should have demo content available in the form of compressed file to save you time from replying same set of queries regarding demo content and also saving us time writing you and pulling up hairs.

Hi, we are having trouble with our website www.cgisource.co.uk When viewing OUR WORK – PORTFOLIO all secondary images are not visible. We have the same problem when updating the site – when I try to add a secondary image the window with media I pick from is just blank. Can you please assist?

Hi, just migrated my blog with Duplicator and installed some plugins, now it appears the message “No tienes suficientes permisos para acceder a esta página” (in spanish, my language, “You do not have enough permissions to access this page”) when I click on the Brankic Panel. Any suggestion?

I bought this theme and followed the instructions in the HELP FILE in order to import demo content, however there appears to be a major CSS issue for some reason.

I’ve tried starting again from scratch (as I’d previously been using a different theme and had a number of plugins installed) to ensure that nothing was conflicting with the theme, including downloading and installing a new copy of WordPress and creating a brand new database. However the issue is still occurring.

There is no error message in WordPress advising that the theme is corrupted – it simply doesn’t look aligned at all.

If anyone could please assist it would be much appreciated!

Hi, yesterday i upgraded bigbang form 1.95 to 2.1. Nothing works anymore. The layout is destroyed…bad taste. The installing of the plugin “Advanced Custom Fields” failed four times.

Hello! I have a problem, I uploaded images to the portfolio and they showed up fine, then I went in a deleted all the portfolio categories I didn’t need and created my own. Now nothing shows up in my portfolio. Is there a category that I shouldn’t have deleted? Site is at www.weebo.media

Blog Post. I add images (Apple Store and Google Play logos) and want to link them to appropriate external pages. I save. Go to the post. Click on image (expecting it to go to external link) but getting a pop-up message: “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exists”

I’ve read your explanation – “Make sure you link image to image source” – but I need people clicking on image to go to the link, not see an image.

Please help.

My site is coming up blank, and no matter what I edit nothing is appearing on the page, including the menu. I even tried to upload the demo just to get something, and it continues to be blank. Am I missing something? Please help!
