You asked me to go to your support page and raise my issues. It’s four days now I you have done nothing to assist.

I purchased this theme sometime ago and it worked fine, I only had one issue and the support team worked on it for a few hours but solved it and even promised that they will update the patch in the next release. I felt they we pretty helpful honestly.

Very bad support. Many promises before selling this theme. But at the end of the day, it is bullsheaut. The support don’t answer to my questions, and i have discovered that we have to pay again to have updates on components that are supposed to be included in the package price of the theme ALASKA ( Visual composer, revolution slider …) zero star

Hey- Do you know why the Font Awesome codes aren’t working in the new pricing table? I’m trying to get a check mark and x like in the demo but the table is displaying the code ‘fa fa-check’ instead.

Not sure if I am just missing this setting, but in the demo two header “Header center”, how does one go about preventing the part of the header that has the logo from scrolling. It scrolls without the logo and signup button in this version, is there anyway to keep the header from going away in Demo2 “Header Center”?

Your instructions do not work at all!! There is no main menu to assign a location to. Your instructions are not clear, how are we suppose to get this to look like your demo?? Really frustrating. I have never has an issue like this with other templates.

The Alaska tamplate has integration with whmcs and the template is responsive. You send responsive template for whmcs with responsive order form?

I purchased your theme and must say it is really stunning, but I am unable to use your support forums, as the purchase code is not being accepted.

I need assistance with the WHMCS Bridge Pro plugin, as it is not at all the same as your demo site. I am using a purchased version of the plugin, not the demo version, but am getting Parse errors etc. and my Bridge page does not look anything like in your demo site and I need your assistance in figuring out why.
