Hello, i have a question, is it possible to have different image and featured product showing up in mega menu module? Now its the same picture for every menu but i have different product category and need to display the image according to the menu category. Also, on the products overview page it is the same. I would need to show different pictures for every category on the top horizontally. Is this possible? Thank you in advance for yohr reply.

I just want to say that I LOVE THIS THEME and the customer service is THE BEST. I’ve been working on my site since December, and I’ve had a few occasions when I’ve been stuck on basic problems (i.e. I should have paid better attention to the user manual) or more complex issues. Every time I’ve emailed for support, Simon has given me timely help and has come up with solutions for everything. When it’s more complex coding, he logs into my admin for me and fixes things like magic!
Frankly, I can’t imagine better customer support than this-which is why I’m taking the time to write this. To people who are complaining about not receive instant support on weekends, remember that the tech support team do an excellent job and deserve a rest for their hard-working brains. All problems & customizations receive quick solutions during the week. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase-and my website has fantastic functionality thanks to Simon at Halo Themes.

Can someone help solve my issue? I got no reply from anyone. I’m wasting my time on this theme. I have to wait for a day or two for a simple answer. The promised update did come. I was falsely informed the incoming update includes a new mega menu. However, there is nothing coming. I sent emails to ask for customisation. then, it’s same story, no reply. I can’t imagine this poor customer serive. I sincerely wish the service be improved. Thanks.

Haven’t had any response by email so here are my support problems.
1. The “new in” product list doesn’t function properly – it does not degrade nicely on smaller displays – but the trending one does. It does not show the left and right slider graphic and generally looks a mess on anything but the widest screen setting.
2. The second large banner on the homepage – the one with the girl and the bag. I have replace this and it shows my banner fine until you move to the larger screen size – then it flips back to your stock banner. Cant see how on earth this is happening.
3. The positioning of text on the main homepage sliders is random and nothing to do with where I select it from the customise page. Slightly to the left on one – quite a bit to the left on another. Above centre on another.
Other than that – so far I am liking the theme.
