Hello I want to know how can I create a button on the home page that takes the users to a page with a form that lets the user submit a property to be listed in the propeties page. Is it mandatory to be logged in to do so?

1. Can visitors leave property comments?
2. add more social share icons to each property listing?
3. Possible to remove agent section from property listing?

Hello there ! Presale question : Are you going to make this fully functional on all mobile phones? I see other customers of yours posted comments about issues for mobile users. I tested this theme on my Samsung Galax and my wife’s Iphone 6 and looks like there are some issues when searching properties.

Problems- when using the theme from mobile phones: -when searching a property using a mobile phone, the search results -listings that show on the results have the text distorted and skewed to the right of the image, shows only few words (not like the desktop version ) . - another problem is (desktop/regular version) : when a landlord, or agent tries to post a property , it keeps showing an error asking to type in the description of the property, even though the description is there already.

Overall this is a great theme, I think You guys did a great job , but nowadays everyone uses mobile phones, and people will leave the site in 3-5 seconds if there’s something they don’t like, so it’s so important if you can fix these few little yet-important issues.

Thank you for this awesome theme, is very functional and I’m finding it very well! There is only one problem that I can not fix on the interactive map that shows all properties. When I load the map, most of the time hangs around and does not show anything, not even a map! This is the link to my page map: http://www.asteimmobiliarics.it/ricerca-immobili/

I need to fix this problem because I have seen that it is one of the most clicked pages. The site currently has nearly 1,000 properties and of course the map takes longer to load (when it does not crash).

I examined the load of the server and the client when opening this page, noting that when work takes about 10 seconds to show the map. The problem is that most of the time, after 30 seconds does not load at all, as if the page go in a loop and consequently all ends.

1) On the Front-end submission, could the forum be edited for example, include additional size options aside from square foot ect (as the rest of the world uses different units) and if so, does it convert these unit automatically? How about currency, is that easily custumizable_

2) In the agents dashboard, is there a quick search option for finding their properties…. also, could I asign a admin agent agency owner to be able to view all other agents properties to keep track of work? like entire list of the database for client management purposes.

3) WPML is no longer free, there is others alternative I know, but is there any known issues with any of them?</blockode>

My client is a Nicaraguan Real Esate Agency Owner and he loved the design but I would like to cover possible deal breakers.  Aside from the questions asked, could there be any factors that you, the develpoer can think of that would affect the use your theme in a spanish speaking countrty, with diffrent measuring units... I appreciate a timely response.. becuase Ill be buying this like today.

I AM EXTREMLY intrested in buy the license that allows me multiple sites because I have a high demand for site from independant to agencies.

Hi, I am trying to figure out if I can use custom property elements? For example, I would not be using square footage, or garage, but may be using 10 other fields, such as season=Summer, view= Ocean view etc. Am I able to create my own custom property fields? and have them searchable, and have them be part of the add property feature? if this works, I may be purchasing multiple licenses.
