We do have a shortcode generator (+ button on text editor), but that only adds simple shortcodes, not columns
Hello there, unfortunately same here as the last 3 users described above. Some of the demo pages content not appear (Home Masonry 1,2,3, Grid style, ...) .Php settings are set according to the user theme manual, required plugins are installed .Should I open the support ticket too or this is a bug that will be analysed ? thanks

Kind of strange I’ve updated the theme to the new version using the theme upgrades tool but VC is 4.4.2 not 4.4.3.When I try to update the VC I receive the above mentioned message … any thoughts ?
me again, I have a situation trying to use/edit the column settings in VC.
In a few words, I’ve uploaded an image (1) on the page, and wanted to replace the default green hover effect using another image (2) and in other circumstances using a different color. The border option will bring me back to theme default without applying the desired effect, also the background option acting as a cover doesn’t work… did I misunderstood something ? thanks,

The theme is updated with the latest version when we uploaded it. Maybe they released another update. I’ll share the latest one with you on the ticket.
I appreciate it. Anyway, imho just double check your update release because the old version of VC (28.01.2015 – 4.4.2) it was the one who caused some problems like this one :

FYI, it will work if the plugin is updated separately. Indeed the VC 4.4.3 is included in the latest update of Notio. Please take in consideration only the VC design option question sent on ticksy. tks

I have purchased the theme and installed it. Like many others, after installation when I try to activate the theme, I get a blank screen – the website doesn’t load at all anymore. I contacted the hosting provider and upgraded to PHP 5.5 (which is the latest version on my server), but I am still getting a blank screen. Any way to fix this?
Never mind – I solved it by uploading the theme to a brand new, clean folder. None of the fixes that have been suggested to other users (upgrading PHP or replacing the .php twitter file mentioned in the other thread didn’t work). The theme seems to be not compatible with other themes I had installed. Not sure why that is or what is causing it. But at least there was a workaround, so it’s working now.
Glad you solved it yourself. It could be because they are using a modified version of VC integrated into their theme.
Hi, great-looking theme. I really want to buy it, but I have a couple of pre-sale questions before I do so.
My questions are all about the Text Style homepage: http://notio.fuelthemes.net/home-text-style/
1. In the “Text Style” homepage, is it possible to list at the bottom of the page (after the box text style list of portfolio titles), a list of the latest blog posts in masonry or grid style? On the demo, all I see is a list of the portfolio titles in text form in a box, but it would be really important for me to be able to list the latest blog posts at the bottom of the page after the text list box.
2. Also on the “Text Style” homepage, is it possible to add a slider or a list of portfolio items from a specific category after the box with the text style list of portfolio titles? Basically, is the Text Style homepage modular at all?
3. Can you limit the number of portfolio items that are listed in text format? In the demo there are more than 10, but I would only like about 5 or so. Is this possible?

Hi, I recently bought NOTIO, and all I wanted is the HORIZONTAL PORTFOLIO, Can’t see how it is done… I thought The Theme Documentation.pdf had a walkthrough or tutorial on the 10 Portfolio Templates.
Is there any detail on how to achieve this?

You just need to add the VC Portfolio Element. Inside it’s settings, you can select the horizontal layout.
I purchased this theme yesterday. I uploaded it to a fresh WP install and all I get is the white screen of death. I tried deleting the installation and starting again. I tried uploading the them via both browser and ftp. No plugins are installed. Im more than a little annoyed. I have posted a forum post yesterday and still await a response. If I dont get this fixed today I want a refund.

Great looking theme! I have a few quick yes or no questions before buying:
1) Can the loading icon between pages be removed? I’d rather that it goes directly from one page to another.
2) Will you be creating an update so that when you scroll over the product on the Shop page, the image changes rather than price and ‘add to cart’ showing?
3) The theme in the demo as well as in the screenshots is not completely full width. There is a vertical text on each side of the page. Is it possible to remove it and make the page completely full width?
4) Can the menu be made transparent? Similar to your North theme.
5) Can the menu be made to disappear when scrolling down?

I’m really happy of using your theme, it’s just awesome.
Everything went ok, until the most important part of it: the checkout.
It have to major bugs that I cant fix… First, it’s displaying (the quantity depends on the machine.) lots of POSTCODE / ZIP* forms… All required.

This is not letting my customers buy the products at all, as it seem it doesn’t see the required zips… 
Second: When the user inputs all the data for the billing and shipping, it’s not refreshing the shipping costs or methods. You have to change the country. zip and state and then MANUALLY refresh the page to see your shipping options.
I usually sell about 5 to 7 shoes in a weekend, this weekend unfortunately I lost all of those sales.

Trying to setup a portfolio page with a basic 3 column grid. The style is set to grid but when I choose 2 or 3 columns, nothing loads. For 4 columns and up, all project tiles load. Any advice? Or is this a bug?

Hi, I have few questions: 1) when i uploaded image to “featured image”, they showing on grid portfolio preview as 580×560px and on bottom of portfolio details – div portfolio_nav 600×200px. How i can upload to div portfolio_nav a specific and adopted image by size dimensions?
2) to support retina display, i should upload all images in doubled size by pixels, by resolution (not 72, maybe 144) or i should use prefix @2x or @3x?
3) How to place by page center button elements? I try margins and paddings, but it’s don’t works correctly on mobile.
4) How to replace background video on mobile to static image? Where this settings?

Hi claduio, no additional e-commerce plugins are included with Notio, only Visual Composer and Revolution Slider.
