Hello, we updated to the latest version per your advice, but now the footers and social icons have disappeared. The footer sidebars are not visible in the widgets area; instead it shows “null” “primary” “secondary” “contact”. Any advice other than rebuilding these by hand, which we would like to avoid?
hi we moved some of the options to customizer so changes are inevitable. you can access your customizer via wordpress admin panel, and add your footer and social icons url there
I see the options have moved, but the footer has disappeared entirely from the site following the upgrade, and the footer widget areas are no longer in the widgets section of Wordpress. Did the upgrade permanenetly lose this content?
Hi paumanok. From your dashboard, Can you check Customizer > Footer > Footer Widget Areas ? Have you assigned it? Thank you.
The fourth option is selected (four spaces). The widgets area is still not showing the appropriate options.

Hi, I do like this them, but I’ve go at problem. How could I set up the grid recipe template? I set up the “menu”, but it works only “home” button, others not (show the list), iFor setting up the menu, I’ve chosen from the left side list (page, category, link, post,,,etc). Do I need to choose “page” and change the name for show on the menu? But the photos appeared same as “Home”. I don’t mind not use the mega-menu unless I should use for having the grid recipe template.
I’ve keep trying to reach you for any advice, but I haven’t got any response from you. I do like this them, please let me fix it for my blog. regards,

1. I’d like to have grid style for each categorised recipes 2. The menu which I set up with “category”, “archive” word appears before the title word (e.g.:Archive/Bento ). How could I remove this? and why it’s different font ? 3. Could I have Bold or different colour for the mega-menu tier2 font ? My blog is “thematchagreen.com”. 4. About the short code for grid recipe, the taxonomy is “recipe_type”, not “recipe_types”? ( and “course” not “courses”? how do I know it?) And this short code doesn’t work for other category post? (my case is for “Japan” and “Bento”.

hi the current home in demo is actually home v6. you can try that, to add the recipes in your homepage you can use recipe shortcode

hi its because we use the same size of image. we dont have auto resizer in the theme so you need to upload similar resolution too.

Hi, a client hired me to help them work on this theme. Our issue is that the images load jerkily in the Revolution Slider. I haven’t been able to find the cause. hi, we included the plugin update in the latest update. please try to update the theme and slider to the latest version in case its a compatibility issue as we dont experience it in the test server.
Hi I would also like to know about the 2.4.6 update, seems strange to post an update without any changelog or instructions on how to use it.
Also I have ‘Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files’. Judging by other comments I have read it is not advisable to update WooCommerce as the theme is not compatible with it??
To sadly force your hand on this I received an email today saying that researchers at Wordfence discovered a SQL injection vulnerability in WooCommerce version 2.3.5 and older during a code audit of the plugin repository so it is very important that you make the theme compatible with the now safe version 2.3.6.
