Now the business 
– when I use .form-group-separated and one of the labels have empty values, there is a small flaw with the border between.
I think replacing the border left for value with border right for the label could solve this issue, but maybe you have a better way so that I don’t mess up anything (on smaller devices for example)?

Try to add class form-group-border-right to this form-group. As i remember this class will change position of separate line from left to right
I tried it and the border on this form group is put one pixel to the left compared to other form groups. I think it would be better if you could change the default border behavior in such forms in future releases as normally, regardless of the system, the label is always there while values could be empty as well.
I have a fix, if someone came across this issue as well:
Just add this code to your custom css file and a space will be placed instead of empty values:
/*fix for empty values in form-horizontal form-group-separated form-group*/

any plans to create a bower file for dependency management? I have several templates on a single site and a few of them have overlapping dependencies (jquery, bootstrap, fontawesome, etc…). Bower would allow me to update dependencies and put them in an central location without having to modify the original source if it was implemented.

As i undrestend you trying to open builder. To open builder you should use file html/builder.html (builder/index.php its a handler).
