I think I purchased the wrong thing. I thought I was purchasing the Wordpress theme Elixir but when I tried to upload it as a theme to my WP site, it says that there are no styles.css file. Is a responsive template and theme different? Was I supposed to purchase something else? If so, how do I get a refund?
