Hi- I like the theme but we have a problem with the main menu. the mega-menu is too small and isn’t wide enough to accommodate our headings. We have a max of 4 across, but it appears the size of the mega menu is based on the number of main menu items at the top. How can I make it wider without messing up the overall appeal?

Unfortunately, there’s no option included for this. The megamenu/submenu is positioned absolute to the menu which is floated to right, and thus, the width is not 100%.
However, you might try to add a new anchor after .toggle-menu, but before the first anchor (Home), and then add some paddings to that anchor.
For example:
25px (top and bottom) is mandatory. You will have to increase or decrease the left or right padding (100px).
You can hide it on mobiles or tablets using the responsive helper classes from Bootstrap.

Hi there,
Loved the theme. Just one question before I buy..On the portfolio section, I see that when you click on the thumbnails, it goes to another page. Is it possible to have a lightbox effect on that section? And if yes, would it be responsive as well?

Unfortunately, there’s no lightbox effect for the portfolio (text), but you will find a simple popup effect for images (Shortcodes – Media section – Image Classic Popup) and you could easily integrate it with the portfolio.

I’m trying to embed video in the slider, and no matter what i do, I cant get to work properly.

So, you see the green notification saying that the email was sent, right? That means that contact.php has done its job, sending the email and returning a success data so that the javascript code can display the message.
Most of the time, the message is filtered and considered spam, so, please check your spam folder.

Unfortunately, there’s no such option for jumping to the next slide when you click on a slide.
However, if you swipe a little to left or right (with a click), the slide will change with the next one (or previous one – left).

Can you explain a little what the purpose of the preloader is? Are the site files that large that it requires a preloader? I tried removing this code below but it failed to load the page properly.

The template actually loads pretty quickly and the files are not large at all. It is just a trend I considered to follow.
If you want to remove the preloader you will have to delete some lines of code:
- html pages: the section you mentioned
- style.css: remove the preloader section ( ~ line 214 )
- script.js: remove the preloader section ( ~ line 1014 )

You can find a simple full width video background section at _shortcodes.html page (Scroll down).
Also, you can use revolution slider to create a “premium” video background section (Example: index_13.html – Full width, index_08.html – Full backgound) with captions and animations.

This is a great template that is working well for my web application project.
Quick question, is there a way to disable the background image for a header if it’s on a mobile devise? Just leave the background color. My image is not filling the space when reduced in the browser. Or a solution would be to get the image to not shrink so much on smaller windows.

HI Really like your template… wondering if it’s possible to make it a bit more animated by “sliding” in sections as you scroll down? Is this something built in that I could turn on? For example on some templates you see sections fading in or sliding in s you scroll down.

You could animate any element you want using some data attributes.
For example:

Some notes:
- We used just a few fade animations (you will find them in style.css – Animations section), but you can include animate.css library.
- data-delay and data-speed are not mandatory.
- If you want to use animate.css, please include it before the style.css

Hello, Thanks for your quick response. If you replace the logo.png with a bigger size, e.g. 160×40 and reszie the browser, then you will know what I mean. However, I have added width:160px; in the .logo in the css, it fixed.

It’s pretty difficult to achieve what you described, and you’ll have to make some major changes in style.css and script.js as well.

Final question, please advice how to disable the preloader, since we have lazy load already, if the preloader not removed, it takes a long long time to load the page. When I delete the preloader div and the preloader js in script.js. The page freeze.

To disable the preloader, you will have to remove a few lines of code.
Firstly, remove the preloader section from HTML pages, then the preloader section from script.js ( ~ line 1014 ) as you already did.
Now, you just have have to remove the preloader section from style.css ( ~ line 214 ), mainly the part with body {overflow:hidden} – that’s why the page freezed.

Hello, I’ve been using the template with great success, but there seems to be incompatibility with the full ken burns slider (index_15) and the menu bar.
When I change the data-y on a slide to “top” it overlaps with the menu bar. I used your default slide, but if you have more text it overlaps more substantially. Is there anyway around this?

In the index_15.html page, the header has a position of absolute (to body), thus the slider will be behind the header.
However, using the data-y=”top” attribute, you will position that caption (element) to top, but if you will use the data-voffset attribute as well, you could add a “margin” (offset) to that caption.
For example: Using the data-y=”top” data-voffset=”100” attributes, you will position the element to top with a top margin of 100px.
You will find more details about these attributes in the Revolution Slider documentation.

It is mentioned that images are not included. How about including the placeholders with numbers to that we know which images are to be replaced for what? Or you can included the images with watermark.
Also, are all the third party plugins included or just the list of plugins?

I replaced the images with some placeholders that display the image size, (e.g. 1920×1080), so that you will know what size your image should be.
I don’t think it’s worth to include the watermarked images, as the buyer (developer) will need to replace the content (images, text) as he likes.
All third party plugins are included in the main files (premium plugins as well).

If you’re not quite good at WordPress or back-end development, I would not recommend trying to merge the blog templates with WordPress, but , yeah… I can’t offer much details about it as neither I am not a WordPress developer.
You should try to hire a WordPress developer if you really need it. The blog pages are simply some templates, and it could be merged with a blog engine with ease by someone skilled.
