Yes it compatible with Features, but not all settings can be moved, for example the Layout Builder.
This is happened after latest modules update, runing the update.php script fixed these errors.

Is there not a way to use a video for a project instead of image? I know you can add videos with the shortcode module, but can you add a project that is a video instead?

for example when i rename the “project_326×219” it automatically creates a new one with the original name so how can i change these?

Hi, Sorry for delayed answer.
The image ALT attribute is controled by Media module, so if you need to add them you need to check this module configuration or download and enable extra module which allow you to set the ALT attribute for the images.

Hi- some questions about the dropdown menu / mobile toggler.
I’ve noticed in the dropdown menu for mobile devices ALL links show, disabled links and multi-lingual links for each language. Is there a fix to show only user-language and enabled menu-items!?
Also the dropdown button doesn’t work when using TABS in shortcodes. The dropdown menubutton simply doesn’t respond.
Any way to fix these issues. Otherwise great stuff, appreciated. Thanks!

I recently purchased the theme , but the theme MD Slider is not working at all , i contacted MD Slider support , they directed me to you guys. Another issue is that if you use this theme and shrink the browser size down, at some point the ‘desktop’ main navigation is removed, but it is not replaced by the ‘mobile’ version.
There is a region of about 100-150px in which there is NO main navigation at all. Refreshing this page in this ‘no menu’ region does not cause it to come back.
Again, have you seen this before, and got any fixes.
BTW – I updated the theme with the files that you keep pointing people to on Dropbox, so I know that this is not something that you have had a chance to fix as yet!

Bought the theme a few weeks back and just trying to get to grips with it!
I have an issue with the MD Slider on the front page: http://test.pinkneygrunwells.co.uk/I basically used the MD Slider that came with the demo install, but deleted the content and added some testing stuff of my own.
It all works fine on a desktop, but if you navigate to this on a smartphone (I’m using Chrome on Android – in portrait orientation) then my MD Slider is mostly going off the top of the screen.
Have you seen this before? I notice that your demo does NOT do this, so I’m puzzled as to what setting I might have altered which is causing this.

I’m trying to delete the unused menu items that were created by Views but they won’t go away. For instance I tried to remove Portfolio Classic 4 from the menu by editing the view and deleting the entry for the Menu item. They still persist in the main menu.
Hi, Please check the View (change the Menu type on the Edit VIEW page). The menu configured on the view, so you need to disable it there and if it not disappered, then remove/hide on the Menu page.

I did this already. I changed the Menu on Views to “No Menu” and it still is listed in the main menu. When you go to edit the main menu items, it doesn’t allow you to remove these extra Portfolio, Blog, or Team menu items.

All header also have problems. Original demo looks different, localhost different, different in hosting. Even at different web browser, Firefox, Opera to Chrome. Ubuntu Firefox and Windows 7 Firefox also not the same. Breadcrumb looks for 2 seconds and disappear. Footers also have problems. Arum: Title & Breadcrumb also distorted Turkish characters (Firefox / Chrome / Opera). There 1024×768 resolution of the problem, there are problems in the search box.
You should update this theme, complete or up to sell. I’m waiting for the new version, because I can not use. I canceled my project … Respects….

Ok, another question… why will some pages allow me to add more shortcodes than others? For instance, on the contact page that comes with the demo, it allows you to add a Node shortcode. But it won’t allow me to add a Node shortcode to a page I created. Is there some other way to do this or a setting I need to change?
Ahh, I see, you have to make it a Dynamic Shortcode type to get all the shortcode options.

I have another question… not an issue but more curious if it is possible. With the shortcode service boxes, is there a class that would reverse the layout so that the icon appears on the right and the text on the left? The ones here: content/home-3 are what I’m taking about. I tried just changing the text alignment but that just aligned the text right and kept the icon on the left. Thanks!
So I’m not seeing a way to do this in the current CSS anywhere… but really all that I need to do is create a conditional variant of the existing CSS with two slight changes to make it display how I want. How can I make it so that I can force a service box in the short codes to use the iconsright id style I created here on an as-needed basis? I’ve tried giving it the id name and manually inputting this css style on the shortcode settings but it’s not taking effect. I’m pasting the original code from global.css and the id version I wrote to give the secondary layout. If you can help point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it a ton!

Hi, If you want to customize some elements, then you can add extra classes to them in the Shortcode settings form (the section is “Classes, ID & Animation”) and using this class you can apply your styles only to those elements. So you will be able to leave the original elements with default styles and your elements will be displayed as you need. Thanks.

I know these changes would accomplish what I’m trying to do because I edited the global.css file and they work (then I reverted back to the original).
Shouldn’t copying the CSS and pasting it into this field force it to use the input CSS rather than global.css style?

I’m mean another thing – you are adding CLASS for the shortcode, and using this class you can add your styles to the custom.css file.
For example you have added MY-CLASS-NAME to some shortcodes, after this you need override your classes to the custom.css like here:

Ok, I tried this as you mentioned and it didn’t work. I applied all the necessary CSS to the custom.css file, and then tried a number of ways to add the classes to the shortcode. It just will not work. All it is doing is dropping a div class over the icon box I’m trying to edit, but the icon box still has the original css being applied. Also, the when I add the class like you mention to the Extra Classes in the shortcode, the div class is appended like this: which doesn’t pull all the contextual css rules I created… I’m beginning to think this isn’t possible.
I think because there are three separate sets of CSS to change it won’t work through changing in the shortcode menu. So what if instead I wanted to create a clone of the Service Box shortcode and then altered it to use the css I created by default? Is that possible?
So ultimately the only way to do this was to create a new shortcode like I mentioned above… the way the shortcodes are created in the modules prevents it from allowing the css changes I was trying to make from within the shortcode settings. I had to clone and rename the service box shortcode in the module, reference it in the the filter, create unique css, apply that unique css to the cloned/renamed shortcode… it was a process. But it’s done!
I just won’t be able to update the module now…
Hi, Yes you can alter the module to create new shortcode. Also the variant with additional class short work, if your custom class is applied and you are able to add your custom code to the custom.css – then everything is working correctly, may be you need to add !important class to your CSS rules. It’s ok, I got it to work by making my own shortcode.
I tried about a million different ways to force the shortcode settings to do it first after dropping all the css into the custom.css file. I tried adding an important class… it just wasn’t working because of the way the shortcode I was trying to modify (service box) was written in the actual module. I also needed to change three separate sets of css to make it display properly, but the shortcode window doesn’t allow for that many changes in the settings area… it would probably work if I was trying to make a simple change, but I had more going on than the settings area can manage.
Can you tell me why on certain pages the top section is disappearing on the smaller mobile views? The logo, main menu, and top bar items are visible and perfect on the larger browsers for all pages, and it works perfect on the home page and some other pages for smaller browsers/mobile… but then on random pages the header disappears for those smaller browsers/mobile and no logo or mobile menu will display. I cannot figure out why only certain pages would have a problem with the mobile menu showing up.
Do I need to do something to allow paths to use the mobile menu? I can’t understand the problem and why it would work perfect for some pages and not others.

So on the home page you have the testimonials in a slider box… but those are manually input. Meaning, when you enter a new testimonial in the content area it doesn’t populate to the home page slider… is there a way around this to make it actually work right?
Without the slider testimonial area pulling from the testimonial content like in a block, it requires the testimonials to be entered twice—once for the home page slider and another time as an actual testimonial so they show up in the testimonial block…

Is there a reason why I can’t get it to auto scroll through the entries? Also, it won’t allow me to add quote marks to the beginning and end of the testimonial. It keeps stripping them out.

I am referring to the double quotes used in English for a direct quote. It let’s me do ‘quote’ but not “quote” in these boxes.

I also have the problem with disabled menu items being visible in the mobile menu. I have updated the theme to the version you provided above and cleared the cache but there is no difference. Do you have any suggestions? Does the Drupal version need to be the most recent as well?
