I am having problems with Lexi – I am not able to work it. I paid for it and I have been trying to work on it for 2 days now with no luck and no support yet I have paid for 6 months support. I was asked to email support@xenothemes.co.uk and that was done yesterday and still no help.

Thank you – we have now replied.
Your previous corrospondance you sent yesterday was actually to Envatos support email and not ours, hence why we hadn’t received anything or had any record of you ticket ID as it hadn’t been opened with ourselves.
We’re onto this now that has been cleared up.

a) has this been fixed ? “Pixel Perfect” item is not correctly aligned with the other 5 items.
b) is it possible to have scrolling images or a video playing inside the phone that appears in the top header section.

Unfortunately it looks that you have purchased the HTML template rather than the WordPress themes (http://themeforest.net/item/lexi-mobile-app-wordpress-theme/13353208) so would not be able to upload this.

If you search .png in the “style.css” you’ll find where the background images applied, you can just replace these urls or overwrite the existing images.
