Even the native form of the theme. They both send the mail, but I do not get anything. This theme is on the same hosting other sites I have in management, and they all work properly. I add to your theme Sabai Directory plugin and I have problem under Safari. The page where is this pluing is all the time loaded (under new Safari). I ask about it the composer of this plugin and get the answer that this is problem inside the theme. Link to the page where is the directory:

Can you also contact the theme developer what might be causing the issue since they should know better about their theme and also that this issue happens only with their theme.

I couldn’t check your website since your it is very slow from my location. ( I have 100mbit fiber internet connection ) It is same for Firefox and Chrome. I tried through VPN with chrome it opened ( Germany located server ) You should contact with your hosting provider about the issue.
Regarding the safari issue; It could be related with the connection issue or a 3rd party plugin. Please try to disable plugins other than the directory plugin.

I try to disable plugins but still the page with directory is loaded all the time. Moreover I can’t open the support request because the support page is not working on my computer (Safari 5.1).

Gosia, There is an infinite loop on that page and it only happens with the plugin. When the page done loading it reloads the page and that’s why you see like it is always loading. This is not an issue that related with the theme the plugin’s author must take a look its codes. By the way, I just checked the support forum with safari and couldn’t found any issue. You can try with another browser as well.

I will try in another browser but right now I still have the same question about the SABAI DIRECTORY which is not working under Safari and only with your theme. I have many different themes and I installed this plugin under 3 of different themes. Everywhere it works OK but under RT19 the page with directory is reloading very long time. I try it not only on the client server but also on our much faster server.
Here is the answer from plugin composer: Can you ask them again, since this happens only on their theme and they should know something that might be causing the issue. Any hint would be helpful for us to look into the issue further.

Gosia, There is a conflict with their ajax functions ( possibly in sabai.min.js ) and it keeps reloading the page. Since their code that refreshes the page, they must do something about it. They can also contact me through my profile page and i will be glad to collaborate them to provide you a fix on that issue. Best Regards

Hi,
I want to change the colors in whole website via using customizer>styling options>main navigation and color set 1 and 2 but when I change the colors and click save and publish button, changes doesn’t affected. I reopen the customizer and I see that all changes was done. But when I close customizer and in live view, changes doesn’t affect. It’s odd because I don’t use any plugin for caching. Even if I open the web site in different browsers, colors doesn’t change.

You can also try this; 1) Export the settings ( Customize -> Export ) 2) Reset the settings ( Customize -> Export ) 3) Import the settings that you imported ( Customize -> Import )
If it doesn’t help, please provide us the export file.

You can use your own font. Upload your fonts via ftp or media library and create the @font-face css of the font like shown here http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/custom-fonts-css/
After you installed your font say called “FontName”, you can use it for the navigation with a custom css code like this one;
#navigation > li > a{
font-family: "FontName";
}
You can put all the custom css codes including the @font-face css into the Custom CSS Box inside Customize -> Custom CSS page

Another question, I am trying to get WPML to work with your theme but there seems to be an error on activating WPML.
Fatal error: Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

It has been solved … I reinstalled Wordpress 4.1.3 and that solved it (must be something with WP 4.2)
Love your theme (just like the others you have made).
In this theme there is a login buton/form in the menu and when I bought it I thought it was a general login form/buton but it appears it is only an WooCommerce login buton. Is there a way to inlcude and make it work with a general login form/buton? Thanks.

Go to Customize -> Social Media Options and enter your the social media details to the fields. Then you can display those icons by using the “[RT-Theme 19] Social Media Icons” widget or its shortcode.
You can simply, go to appearance -> widgets and place one “[RT-Theme 19] Social Media Icons” into the “Common Sidebar”

Hi, I would like to make the ONE Mobile Menu opened that has a sub menus without clicking +. So this Menu will show – to close because this is already opened. Normally you have to click + to open the sub menus. But I would like to make this ONE menu that is opened already. Other Menus will work normally like clicking + to open and – to close. Do you know how to Make ONE menu that is opened and show – to close?

I’ve tried using other language plugins and none of them work with this theme. Does that mean it’s compatible only with WPML? Can you provide any other solutions except buying that plugin? Thank you!

The theme is certified for wpml. Probably polylang will work also with some small adjustments. Others we did not try but we dont support them as their code changes to often causing to much work and problems. Also they sometimes stop development and support of their plugins. So thats why we only support wpml.
