2. You said that our theme has fault software. But the current theme is not our theme and you refuse to install our theme to let our dev to check issues. So is it fair? How can we support you?

All of these verify a recent purchase which also was used to submit a ticket and also was used on your website to connect to your support on messenger. Prior to your response here you responded to my emails three days late and I even provided you cPanel access but my issue has not been resolved 5 days after the initial purchase. I have wasted more time and resources with a simple installation that is necessary. Additionally, Envato as a company is taking advantage of developers because they receive payments deduct their commission on your behalf but refer the refunds to your discretion. How can a community of developers collectively not be smart enough to develop your own marketplace baffles me.
