Well it says $8 at the top to buy it, I got to this looking for a Joomla template, I like this design and would pay for a Joomla template based on it.

David – no-one is forcing you to buy anything. Secondly, this is a PSD template in the PSD category. What you see is what you get.

I would like to but this but first I need to see it on a website with demo data.

It is all very well designing great templates but unless I can see how fast it is with data there is no way I am going to spend money, not even $8.
