Hi there,

is this theme still supported? When has the last update been? Does it receive security-updates if needed? Or is the more expensive version necessary?

And second question: Does this version support more pages than the home page at all?

Hello, i like your template, i have a presale question, its possible to play several videos in the main page, with a control to move to another video, in the same place in the homepage

Due to original design and idea it was developed to display one video on the background, however this is HTML template and with the purchase you get all source files so with this said its fully customizable and you can get it adjusted in accordance to your specific needs and it only depends on your coding skills.

I have only one problem; When i try to change something in the style.css (like colors), then i just get completely blank pages on my website. How is possible?

I tryed to contact your support system, but after many days I still wait for an answer.

I know how to work on HTML and CSS, but when i change the color of something for example, I get those white pages.

Any help?

I have a question.

In iten “Folio” when selecting the first category in the event “video” and then move to “Services” in the top menu, the selection does not change, remains in “Folio”.

I wish you fix it “Live Preview” for me to make sure that it is not a bug unsolved.

I’m sorry for late response. We finally were able to check that, and defined no issue in that section that you asked previously. The only thing is that when you click “Video” tab, it includes a small amount of items in that section, that’s why it’s not enough to switch main menu to Services or whatever else as an active. As a solution in that you could set min-height property to 700px for the section, that contains portfolio items filter.

Hi…I bought Accio theme and I am using “Layout Construct” to format the pages. Every time i specify transparent navigation, logo image and favicon, they all work for the time being, and then revert back to the logo being spelled out, favicon disappears and the footer copyright line also disappears. I also tried to register in order to open a ‘support ticket” here http://tickets.webtemplatemasters.com/ but was caught in endless “captcha loop”. Please help resolve issues I mentioned above.

Please be aware this comment section is for Accio HTML template and according to your inquiry you have purchased the WP version. It could be caused by additional cache plugins in case you have any installed, these could revert back added changes due to the settings.     Hi, Love the look of this template. I just have one query… viewing in chrome on a new Surface Pro 3 (Windows 8.1, desktop mode) none of the parallax features are working. IE on the same platform views fine. Maybe a minor stylesheet fix or is this something bigger? Perhaps you can reassure me before i purchase? thanks, tim.

    Hi there… I’ve purchased this template and think its great… I have a couple of questions though… First one… The template gives us a blue nav bar at the top which is great but on a mobile device it turns the nav bar white… is there any way we can have the same nav bar colour on website and mobile? Second one… Please can you tell me what icon’s are used in the services section or at least a link to the naming conventions so that I can change them…?

    First of all I would like to congratulate you to great design/website template! Before I’ll go ahead and purchase the file please indicate if it is possible to change color scheme to custom color and if it’s possible to drop some of the sections (team, blog etc.). Is it also possible to mute volume or pause the video background in the header? Would you suggest to buy WordPress or HTML version for purpose of better customization? Please be aware I’m not able to contact your support as I don’t have a purchase code yet. Thank you,

    Thank you for your kind words and feedback! Yes sure all colors could be altered, also we have implemented an option for adding custom CSS in case you need to change some specific element to match your needs. In regards to the video background inquiry there is an option to disable/enable volume, but current theme version does not support adding play/pause button to background video but I will advise our dev guys about and most likely we will implement this option within next theme updates. You get all source files with the theme and with HTML template so both are fully customizable and its really depends on your skills, I personally prefer Wordpress since I think its much easier but its really up to you, and if you’re inclined in coding then HTML template is great choice as well. If any questions arise please let me know.

But my question is, if its possible to set a background image till the video loads or in case at some computers youtube is blocked so they have only a white screen.
