You should be able to customize any page. Most of dependencies are optional and only need to be included if needed.

Pre-sale question, is there a widget to customize the color for certain aspects of the theme (e.g., the color for the top header are, nav link colors, etc.)? Or does the demo showcase everything available in regards to the light and dark themes and options to change colors?

There is no widget which allows you to modify colors on the fly. There is a support for scss which allows you to modify different colors with small changes.

You declare many colors that isn’t defined in the variables. You don’t explain how to change colors on the charts in the documentation, and the colors are not in the variables – for example the REVENUE COMPARISON on the dashboard.
