hello i buy the theme , i need when open page the panel will be in collapse mode by default but i cant achieve this. how can i set that the panel will be in collapse mode when page loads. thanks

Just purchase the theme, in the description it says “retina ready and bootstrap 4 based design” but from what I can tell everything is Bootstrap 3. am I missing something?
