Using the fresh downloaded package, if I remove the `yarn.lock` file and use `yarn` command followed by `yarn start`, results in a bunch of errors when trying to load the dashboard in the browser. For example:

I am using Yarn version 1.22.19, and Node version 18.19.1.

Any suggestion?

(The reason I ended up removing yarn.lock and trying to recreate it using yarn command is that I get into the same errors when I make any changes to add new packages to the project. So wanted to rootcause the issue).
