we need to buy theme so we just confirm about the plugins we have elementor pro and we need to add plugin for chatbox as well so this both are working or not and there is Wpbekry builder plugin buy diffult in wordpress so this is my issue please check it out

Our theme does support Elementor; however, it was built using WPBakery Page Builder. This means you won’t be able to customize our existing pages using Elementor, but you can create new pages and customize them with Elementor.
Also, our theme supports Chatbox.

Our theme demo contents are built with Wp Bakery Page builder plugin. If you want to elementor plugin, then you need to use it in new pages and not with the demo pages.

Yes, we can install the demo contents as shown on our demo site. The original images will be replaced with blurred images since they are licensed images. If you need those we can send you to purchase links for them. All the demo pages can be edited only with Wp Bakery Page builder plugin.

From admin panel Navigate to Pages > About Us – Click on Edit. Scroll to bottom and you have Page Settings Metabox from that click on Breadcrumb tab. On that Breadcrumb tab you can see a Background label with Upload button option. By clicking upload button you can select your own awesome image for the about us page. Once changes are completed update your theme.
3. For Contact forms (Aedit Appointment Form) kindly, share the screenshot of error page, FTP and admin details. It will be easy for us to resolve the issue.

I just purchased this theme today. This theme is full of issues. I have installed on 2 development servers with a fresh install of WordPress, and I cannot get the full Customizer options on either site. There are also various errors showing up on certain Admin pages. I tried to register on your support page, but I do not receive any verification emails. Before I commented here, I read your documentation and watched one of your videos on YouTube. I tried to reach out by registering on your support site rather than commenting here, but your registration mechanism does not work. I can see that this is something that quite a few other people have experienced and rather than fixing it, you are manually sending out login credentials. There are some issues such as header errors that I wanted addressed, but I don’t wish to spend any more time on this.

Hey! It is amazing theme, but its very slow. I’m afraid i cannot buy this theme just becouse this “LOADING” screen time is too long, there shouldnt be any loading screen in my opinion

1. I have not find any sub menu option at my theme where you do changes.
2. In your live and at my url there is some CSS issue also when you click on search.
3. Also, its in my development server, so it should work at my client server also by the require code changes, so please take a note about it.
