To change mentioned text labels you can edit 'VIEWS' and 'POSTS' values located inside /language/en/common.php file(or corresponding one based on your language directory).

Please make sure that you purged your board cache from ACP after any changes. I’m not sure what do you mean by icon file, are you asking about favicon?

If you’re using WordPress this theme won’t work with it. This theme will only work with phpBB.
