Why do I keep getting an error message when uploading this theme to wordpress? I downloaded the andy.zip file, and keep getting error messages.
Hi, what is the error message? If it is mentioning style.css then you need first to unzip that file and find in it andy.zip.
If that doesn’t work for you please post on our support forum so we can check.

I’m working with Andy for a customer and found that child themes won’t work right out of the box.
Why don’t you change Andy’s parent functions.php to use get_template_directory() instead of get_stylesheet_directory() in the function tcvpb_elements() in line 18? That would make child theming and working with future theme updates so much easier …

very nice template! I have a question about the posts_carousel_tc and the team_carousels_tc: is it possible to loop these, so after the last one the first one appears again?
Hi, currently there is not an option for this, but I have noted down to developers to do it for an update. It is just change in one line, in js/init.js file search for circular: false and change it to true.

I am using the deafult template to create a page with an image carousel. But when I see the page, the navigation arrows do not appear. If I use the front page template, they appear correctly. But I don’t want a slider in the specific page. Any idea what might causing the problem?

Hello! Is it possible to create blog pages (different categories each page) with the old classic style of columns-rows and not carousel-like? I mean without the need to recode/restyle.

Unfortunately this is not possible without much customization, theme is not made to be used this way..
So i downloaded and bought andy theme and I want it to look like the demo so I can easily import and fix what I have to put in, how do I do that?

H, I’m trying to import the demo content, following along with the gif’s in the documentation. however my wordpress dashboard looks different to the images in the gif’s I cannot th theme options tab, to set the theme options also there is not widget importer and exporter tab. can you help

Hi ab-themes Love the theme GLWS, I have the right customer for your theme, Just a few pre purchase questions, how easy is to change the colors? (menu, text, etc) Is it possible to insert a bigger logo? The logo you have on your demo is only 72×20px That’s too small my customer logo must be taller so people can see the detail.Last question on your demo “SERVICES” is it possible to change those icons? For gardening ones? The customer is a garden designer, and garden maintenance company. So I need to incorporate other icons. Hi, main color can be changed in customizer with simple picker, it will change the main accent color in all locations, it is not possible to change it separatelly. Logo can be any size you like, it will adopt to it.
Theme comes with several icon bundles (total 5000+ icons), if you don’t find the ones you like you can add them via Iconmoon application. If you will have problems to do it post on our support forum and we will help. Cheers

The customer is a Garden services so the icons must be related to gardening (i.e fencing, hedge and lawn cutting, patios etc) I can get the icons in AI (vector) would you be able to help me (guide me ) on how to install them on the choices of the 5000+ icons (website)? Also getting error message when trying to upload the demo slider as per previous comment. What are the slider settings you are using in the live demo?

Also running into a few other issues – I can only do columns from the builder that are equal (so can’t make 1/4 3/4). The Testimonial Slider also wasn’t coming up from the builder. I can add the shortcode directly and then edit, but I can’t seem to add from the builder.
Looks like the breadcrumbs bar duplicates the featured image. (Trying to be helpful as I see things come up.)

Hey ab-themes. After downloading your theme, and uploaded demo content, I was trying to upload the demo slider, but i get this message every time i try: http://awesomescreenshot.com/01b58j0p92 – I unzipped the folder and weirdly the slider_export.txt was in it. so weird.. What do I do from here?
This is wierd.. We will inspect it and get back to you. Please try to zip it again, using windows compress tool.

I would recommend you 1920×1080 as that is currently most frequent resolution. It will adopt when viewed on other resolutions.
