Greetings – It seems your support ticket system is down, or at least it is not allowing access. So, now that the API for ChatGPT 5.1 and 5.2 has been released. How do we add this to our ANN theme to be able to utilize that new model? Yes, It was released because OpenAI sent me a notice that it now has an API and is available to use.
How do you do that. They call it gpt-5.2 but when I put that in it gives a syntax error on the search widget. It only works with gpt4o on mine.

I do have a follow-up question. When the AI generates the output,t the area is small on a mobile device. Can we adjust the size of the output area so it is expanded more on the screen for mobile devices, rather than having to scroll so much for the end user?

Thank you for the follow-up question. At the moment, adjusting or expanding the AI output area specifically for mobile devices would require advanced customization. The output container size and behavior are controlled by the AI Helper’s core scripts and styles, which are shared across the theme and plugin.

Important Complaint: My server crashed and I need to reinstall the template. However, your system insists that I first “disconnect the domain,” even though I am NOT changing the domain. Because I already used the one-time “quick disconnect” link, it is now expired and unusable. Currently, we do not have a Traditional Chinese version of the theme available.
However, you can easily create your own translation using a plugin like Loco Translate:
Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin.
Go to Loco Translate → Themes → [Your Theme] → New Language.
Select Traditional Chinese (zh_TW) as the language.
Translate the strings you need directly in the plugin interface and save.
Your theme will now display in Traditional Chinese wherever translations are provided.
This method allows you to fully customize translations without modifying theme files directly.

Our theme supports RTL text direction (compatibility, without rtl-demo content). Please choose the correct language in your WordPress settings (Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language), then proceed with the demo data installation.
Our theme contains RTL styles. The page content should be manually adjusted for RTL text direction using Elementor settings (e.g. changing the alignment of icons, etc).

Please confirm – YES/NO: widgets + quotas + variety + logs + plan gating + multiple widget types etc | Chats, Images, Voice, Forms, Video, Code!
Detailed logging & usage history (per user, per widget, over time): To see how many images / chat sessions a user has consumed, to monitor, report, maybe charge overages or upgrade.
From our own experience: ANN’s “limits” are useful but won’t give a full trail unless stored.
Widgets beyond what ANN supports out of the box (e.g., TTS/voice, code save/run, maybe form intake, video): ANN seems to focus on text / image / chat / voice/audio helper etc., but full breadth of widgets may not be present or may need custom integration.

It’s a great theme, clear recommendation. Sadly, the support is far below par. Especially avoid a support person called Mira Clarke, she cannot make clear statements and does not seem to care. If you are hoping for good support, don’t buy, unless you find a way to avoid her. @Mira: Please, if an issue is outside of the support, just say it sorry, this is out of bounds. There is no reason to randomly dance around for a long time and avoid clear statements at all cost, contradicting yourself and always ignoring half the message.

Dear team, I’ve brought this up many times, but responses have varied. On five different devices, all with cache cleaned, all with firefox mobile, it does not work.
You first mentioned the plugins are the issue, then we deactivated them, you said it works now, we said no it doesn’t, you checked, saw it doesn’t work, then you said it’s the plugins, but they were exactly as before, unchanged. You did not react to the message, instead saying it’s maybe the cache. While we have sent multiple screenshots showing exactly where it doesn’t work, you have only sent one, a long time ago, and never referred to the issue again.
If you think this one might be something that you cant solve, that’s ok – just say it’s out of bounds. But if you are honestly interested in finding a solution, it’s important to respond to the messages. You recommend deactiving plugins – done, doesn’t work. Then, you recommend deactiving plugins again – clearly, you did not even check, since they were still deactivated. Approach on this, you ignore the conversation, and say it’s about the cache, with no evidence.
If I take a variety of devices, all with cache cleared, and the issue keeps on persisting, there must be some issue, somewhere. It’s likely related to video content in the slider, somehow interacting with the theme. But yeah – either say out of bounds, or refrain from just sending the same message over and over again.
Just want to add for other users: The support has reached out to me again and offered to find a solution.
for single post when i remove the featured image i get big space between header menu and post content. all posts are forced to use featured image, how to solve that?

You should insert your own Open AI, Stable Diffusion API, and Stability AI tokens, choose the models for generating images, and specify the limitations for your customers to generate images/text from your website or set the limitations for chat requests (if you have inserted AI image/text generator form or AI chat to your web page). It’s a paid service.

Please make sure you assign the same color scheme for different pages and sections in Elementor.
In case the changes of the color schemes are not applied, please enable Debug mode (in Theme Panel > ThemeREX Addons > General tab) and save ThemeREX Addons settings.
