3. If you use Typeform plugin, to export Typeform responses to Google Sheets, you can use Typeform’s built-in integration or third-party tools like Zapier, Unito, or Coefficient. This allows you to automatically sync your Typeform data to a spreadsheet for analysis and reporting.

the anne theme seems to be causing wp-admin access issues, sometimes get weird redirects back to frontend blocking WP Admin access

hi. we added the openai api key in the ai engine general settings tab, but the changes are not reflected on the front end. The modules are still blocked. Other than adding the API key, what else needs to be done in order to get the AI Engine to actually work on the front end? thanks.

Does this these let me sell a subscription for users to use AI like chatgpt and also can i customize the sections for the users to use. Thank you for your interest in our theme! The sections of the theme are fully editable. You can use AI helper features like Chatbot and Personal assistant within the website and the theme only. You can also specify the limitations for your visitors: the number of requests per 1 hour for all visitors, the number of allowed requests from 1 visitor in 1 hour, and max. tokens per 1 request. These limits are available for regular users (free chatting) and for registered users with paid subscriptions (“Premium Mode”).

Hey Folks – Be aware that community plugiuns like BuddyPress and Youzify do not work with the ANN Theme. You can add the pages to those, such as registration or login to the the menu (in Appearance) and they do not show up in the menu that is placed on your theme. Just be aware of that if you are trying to create a community within ANN.

Greetings – Users need to be aware of a flaw in the ANN theme. If you choose the default theme in wordpress then you can’t see the text colors as they make it white on white backgrounds. When you choose the the Dark theme, it still makes the text white on white backgrounds, such as the membership checkout pages. The users are not able to see the titles of the fields, such as the ones above the input fields. When I contacted support they tried to get me to create a CSS File to add but it did not work. This is not the type of support you would expect from a 79 dollar theme. The fact you can’t change the text color is problematic…dont believe me? check out this page : https://tradehog.net/membership-account/membership-levels/
There is actually supposed to be black text above the price options but its WHITE…drag your mouse over it and you will see…same thing happens on Membership checkout pages so you can’t even see the text to fill out form. Again this is major flaw since adding additional CSS is not the answer and that did work anyway. Beware as the support never actually helps.

This color is editable through Theme Customizer.
Input color text is editable in Theme customizer->Color scheme dark->color #FDFDFD.
Please find a reply in the ticket as well. In case the changes of the color schemes are not applied, please enable Debug mode (in Theme Panel > ThemeREX Addons > General tab) and save ThemeREX Addons settings.

Greetings – The limitation to this is the tokens. We set ours up and got Tier 1 in Open.ai and in not less than a day our searches (inquires) bring up this issue : equest too large for gpt-4o in organization org-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on tokens per min (TPM): Limit 30000, Requested 33463. The input or output tokens must be reduced in order to run successfully. Visit https://platform.openai.com/account/rate-limits to learn more”
So, basically creating a “CHATGTP” like resource is not possible due to the limitations. I would have liked to know that up front.

Unfortunately, this issue doesn’t depend on the theme, but OpenAI tokens.
When you increase your Tier you will increase your token limits. Right now you are hitting the limit of the Tier 1.
Another solution is to create a new thread each time. When you have a long running thread the token count will increase due to the context of the thread.
https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/usage-tiersEvery document search is another API model call done internally, then the backend calls the model again after adding the document results to the thread with all your past chats, that thread with assistant calls to tools and assistant responses to you, the tool definitions, the instructions and additional_instructions, the past document retrievals – lots of tokens.

Could you please specify what do you mean by total visitors? You can add different subscriptions via PMPro plugin, for example Premium and Free. And edit them in AI helper addon settings:
Limits for logged-in users – If a page with a premium image generation form is restricted by an external plug-in (“Default” limit) or an external plug-in separates access levels, like “Paid Memberships Pro” (not provided with the theme).
User levels with limits – The number of images a user can generate during a definite period (hour, day, week, month, or year) depending on the subscription level. Default level – A limit for regular registered users, if the page with a premium image generation form is restricted by an external plug-in (not provided with the theme). This limit will be applied to every logged-in user separately. Other levels – For more flexible settings, use special plug-ins to divide access levels, like “Paid Memberships Pro” (not provided with the theme).

Greetings- Its hard to explain. If you go to https://tradehog.net you will see that I enabled the feature in the widget that shows users limits and after 10 it tells them they have to subscribe to a membership.

Dear ThemeREX Support,
I appreciate your response; however, I find it completely inadequate and dismissive of the seriousness of the situation I have outlined. I have thoroughly tested the “ANN” theme on my website geniusdesk-ai.com, and due to the severe issues, I was forced to move the entire site to ann.geniusdesk-ai.com in an attempt to mitigate the damage. Unfortunately, the theme is fundamentally unfit for purpose and has not functioned as promised by your marketing materials, repeatedly crashing and failing to meet even the most basic performance expectations.
Your “boilerplate” response, which essentially tries to upsell a service I should never have needed in the first place, does nothing to address the core problem: the ANN theme is inherently flawed and does not perform as advertised. The issues are not just minor optimization matters—they are structural problems that render the theme unusable in any meaningful way.
Under Australian consumer law, products sold must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose they are marketed for, and function as described. Your ANN theme fails on all these fronts, and as such, I am formally requesting a full refund. This is a legal right in Australia when a product is found to be “not fit for purpose.”
I have given you ample opportunity to address the issues. Instead, I received a generic response that failed to acknowledge the serious performance failures of your product. As of now, I expect a full refund to be issued immediately.
I await your prompt confirmation and will take further steps if this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction.

After two days of intensive technical support with A2 Hosting, and weeks of frustration, your theme has consistently refused to function, particularly blocking WP Admin access, which is a fundamental requirement. To now receive a response suggesting that I did not provide sufficient details is both demeaning and disingenuous.
