Hi,
now the site is broken… I did nothing but now all looks totally strange, what happened? Can please anyone help me out?
The Images on the right side are gone and in Elementor there a tiny images of that appearing. The button on the live site it out of space, but in Elementor its correct, what happening here?

This issue doesn’t depend on the theme, but on the 3rd-party plugins you installed. Please check the website and the ticket.

sorry but thats not correct, the images that keep disappearing are part of your theme. Can someone help me please? I am still going out of my mind with this theme, there is always something else that is not working.

I have purchased the theme, and I have a few questions or request. I kinda really new in this webdesign or webpage building field. My question is. Is there any opportunity to hire from you a webdesigner to work with me on my page? I already have my domain, and i have successfuly imported you theme and plugins. I am having a couple of issues with the Ann theme I bought:
1. The responsiveness of the HERO section is not consistent with all viewport sizes. I have noticed that sometimes the HERO text placement is way off on older screens or wide-screens, making the site look cluttered and/or broken.
2. From the get-go the site did really bad on Google Pagespeed Insights. So I had to remove a lot of elements from the homepage. Even then it still scores a mere 28/100 for performance for mobile.
I really need a solution for both these issues or else I cannot go on using your otherwise cool template. I tried creating a ticket on your website but it gave me a 403 error. So looking forward to your reply.

The image generator is not functional, it just looks like a show. It is necessary to sell and buy the created images (with multi-vendor support). Or a membership package can be provided. Also updates are very slow. If these will not be provided I would like a refund $79 theme should also have great features. Thanks Regards

AI image generator is fully functional and works exactly as shown on the demo preview and described in the theme online documentation. In order to make it work, please navigate to Theme Panel (WP Dashboard) > ThemeREX Addons and find “AI helper” section. Here you need to insert your own Open AI token, choose Open AI model, and specify the limitations for your customers to generate images from your website.
Selling created images and multivendor support requires additional customization or a plugin.

Hi I just bought ANN a few days ago, but I still don’t know how to set up my theme and homepage. Could you help me? I do go to your Youtube channel. However, I couldn’t find any information about theme setting. And also, I did choose ANN theme as my theme, but it showed all black pages, I don’t know how to use ANN theme well. How can I turn it into white or other colors? I want to choose one of your pages showing on the website called “AI NEWS” or ” chatbot”. I could’t find any one theme related to that. Before installing demo data, please make sure you have activated your theme copy (entered the purchase code or Envato Elements token in the WP Dashboard > Theme Panel > Theme Dashboard > General tab) and installed all the required plug-ins.
Please choose Home page in Dashboard->Settings->Reading tab.

I am making a multilanguage site, which each language on a subdomain, do I need license for each one?
as you know, WPML is heavy, it might be good for one language, so as I understand I will have to buy a license for each subdomain right? they all will be in the same main domain, but they will be like this example: en.example.com – ar.example.com…etc
You can use one license if you create one project within 1 domain, but it will be active for 1 subdomain only.

Thank you for your interest in our theme! You can create 1 website (on a single domain) for yourself or for your client. If you want to use the theme for 2 domains for 2 different projects then you should purchase it twice. With a single regular license you are not allowed to create multiple websites. For multiple websites you will need multiple regular licenses.

1. For modifying the header button (the purple ‘Get Started’ one), it seems it’s not directly accessible through Elementor or the widgets section. Could you guide me on how to locate it?
2. I’m looking to alter the favicon of this theme, could you advise me on how to proceed?
3. After running some tests via Google PageSpeed Insights, I noticed the performance scores are relatively low—28 for mobile and 57 for desktop—despite using premium hosting services on a VPS, employing CDN, minifying JS & CSS, and compressing images (my other sites have typically scored in the 90s). I understand this theme is more resource-intensive, but these scores could negatively impact my standing on Google. Could you provide some guidance on improving these performance metrics?
Theme Options – Page width says: “Total width of the site content and sidebar (in pixels). If empty – use default width” I emptied it to see to what it defaults to but it crashed my site (fatal error because of division by 0). So this seems to be a bug in the theme options. I had to go into debug mode and manually restore it.
Solved 1. already (it’s in the elements) and for 3. I removed the letter background and some DOM elements from the demo. Performance is okay now.
So only need to know where in the theme options I can change the favicon 
4. Where do I edit the popups?

4. Default popup banners are created using the “Advanced Popups” plug-in. You can customize the popup banners in WP Dashboard > Settings > Popups tab.

I have a few question. I am almost sure, I want to buy you product.
1. What is the main difference between the 1999 dollar pacage and the 79 dollar pacage? Please can u tell me a few examples, what services i am not alowded to sell in the 79 Dollar fee? Yes, you can add and sell courses and write about them on the website. With the regular license, it’s not allowed to resell the same website (Single End Product) to another clients. You will need to purchase an extended license for this.
2. The theme is equipped with Woocommerce plugin which you should use to create a webshop and sell products.

4. We have integrated Open AI content generation functionality into our themes. Hi! Great theme! I am just having a problem with the Revolution Slider. Whenever a sentence starts with a letters without a flat left-side (for example the letter ‘A’), the revolution slider cuts off a piece of the letter.

I want the customer to upload his own picture (for example: a picture of his motorbike) and an AI generator to render cool pictures with the motorbike of the customer – if the customer likes them, he can buy the pictures.
