Hi! I bought this theme a week ago, and it has lots of problems. Anon1 loads the product images and any images I use on the side super slow, makes white holding spots and keeps spinning. I have checked and this is not a server or image problem, because when I switch to Anon 2 or another theme on my WordPress, the problem is not there at all. Just with Anon1. This is critical as customers can’t wait minutes before the see the products. I tried to use Anon 2 instead where the image loading works better, but then it is missing lots of other details, especially all the details for single pages and product images functions. I have contacted you via ticket support with lots of image errors and more issues, and I am not getting any support at all, and it takes too long. Likewise, I need to launch my e-commerce asap and this is a critical error. Furthermore, I would like to ask for refund. Lots of issue with the theme and author does not even give support at all to satisfy. Please refund and fix this issue for coming clients.

Just hit the update button for a client and now the website is upside down. After an hour trying to fix I see that the folder name is changed in 2x and all my child theme customization is gone. On this forum I see dat it is a different theme. So why do a automatic update? How do I revert back to 1.x?

the last update is not good, once i have updated the settings aren’t the same as before. 1. The theme is called anon2x(why??) – loose the logo and ask me to do the the the insatlation wizard again 2. Catalog page – not the same sidebars disappeared 3. Product page not the same, gallery thumbnails not the same – thumbs not working also

What you guys just did with this update? never have this issues before…

After new update 2.1 my site crash because my child theme not found main theme… Very bad … very bad …. 2-3 last update is awful… if you made update you must be sure 100% that not crashing sites… if i not renew support i not must update theme never????

Hi, I’m looking for a theme with 2 specific characteristics for a architecture products company: 1.- To be able to show projects (for example hospitals and hotels) bellow each product page (woocommerce page) so I can see where this product was used. 2.- Be able to add multiple files to download in each product page (technical files and cad files) Can this be done with your theme and if so, can you help me to implement it if I buy your theme?
