I just bought the Aperio theme and I can’t even upload it because it’s missing the stylesheet.

Can you please send me the proper zip file that I can just upload straight onto wordpress.

Ah, junto com o tema Aperio vem algum plugin de editor de página já incluso?

Hello! About 2 years ago, I bought this theme for wordpress. Included with the theme it came this plugin called “Visual composer”. (I understand now its called wpbakery page builder). My problem is this. The plugin doesn’t work properly anymore. I have the version: 4.5.3. And it bugs out, Im not able to work with the “backend editor”. I see the elements but whenever I click theme nothing changes. Searching this over the internet they suggested reinstalling the plugin. But this is a problem. As my plugin came included with the theme, I don’t have a specific .zip file. What are my options? Reading through this site, I understand that, with any issues regarding the plugin, I need to contact the theme creator, and not them. As they do not offer support if my license isn’t directly bought from them…

we have a purchased version for WP. it was through another account, how can we go about getting the updates for the theme?

I see the video in the media file and found the php code in the editor section that handles the Hero Standard module, but I can’t figure out where to look in the code to find where the Here Standard knows to pull the video file. I am trying to change the video playing.

My website, www.altheacribb.com, which was built using Aperio theme, is not loading. I contacted the domain host and they have told me it is because of a problem with the theme.

When I try to load the WP login page I get this text:

It sends the mail OK with sender email and subject but the emails don’t include the HTML Message element so i just receive a blank email

“La codificación de caracteres del documento HTML no ha sido declarada. El documento se mostrará con texto “basura” en algunas configuraciones de navegador si el documento contiene caracteres externos al rango US-ASCII. La codificación de caracteres de la página debe ser declarada en el documento o en el protocolo de transferencia.”

He buscado en Internet respecto a este error y lo unico que dicen es que es debido a que no se ha declarado la codificación de los caracteres la pagina se carga en blanco, esta definición de caracteres le dice al navegador que grupo de caracteres alfanuméricos son necesarios para visualizar el contenido, en nuestro caso para español es UTF-8.

Necesito ayuda.

The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.
