Hello. I purchased the Nutritios theme. I have set up the theme on a temporary domain just for my client to view and approve. Now, after my client’s approval, I want to upload the theme to the official domain. I deleted the temporary domain and forgot to delete the license. Now I’m trying to register the theme on the official domain but I can’t (it says DOMAIN LIMIT EXCEEDED here). Could you take down my previous domain license and make it available again so I can register on the final domain?

Why isnt there a deactivate domain feature? It is very annoying that I need you to deactivate a domain. I dont have access to the domain from the old server and it is already over 24 hours since I requested to remove the domains so I can start again.

I just tried to browse my site and it was not displaying properly. I also tried activating and it gives the error “domain limit exceeds” is given when I put in my purchase code. Note that the theme is only attached to the current domain only. Kindly treat as urgent.

Hello, I am sorry to reach out through this section but I wasnt able to register at your support website. I am however having trouble with two of my website pages:
https://laise.com.mx/acerca-de/ and https://laise.com.mx/portafolio/Both of them take forever to load. However the rest of the site works just fine. I dod notice however your “about me”page on the demo is also having the same behaviour. So I’m guessing its something on your side.

Hi. May I have a demo link for the theme? The theme looks good but I want to check how it’s build before I buy it. Being regretting my decision with my last 2 purchases and I want to be sure before I buy now.
I am also worried about the loading time of the theme. Seems that it takes 1 min to load each page.
PS: I do agree with b2bcreative. It’s no-brainer to have page but not subpages.

Hi, Can I ask why there are no individual service pages in the theme? When I have used other themes relating to business services, there is more often than not a menu in the backend labelled ‘services’ (if not, at least pages for services in the pages page). Why are there no individual service pages in the theme, when there is a page called ‘our services’ that has the individual portfolio pages on it? I don’t mean to sound lazy, but the point in the themes are to save time as opposed to spend it making pages that are obviously required by the very nature of this type of theme.

Can you please update your theme’s changelog. The last three update times all say version 1.5, but the code says it’s version 2.0. What plugins are required and what versions of those plugins work with your theme?
I attempted to update to the latest theme today and your Architek Core plugin throws errors and breaks the site. It also is not compatible with Elementor v3.5.6 nor the Redux v4.3.11 updated plugin versions. Please test and advise.
