I need to know how to update the theme. I’ve searched the documentation but couldn’t find anything about it.

Hi team, we purchased the theme some time ago and have been using it for our website. Now we are experiencing issues updating the plugin “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder.” Whenever we attempt to run the update, we receive the following error message: “The update package is not available.” When we purchased the theme, it should have included the license key for WPBakery. Could you please check this for us and assist with updating the addon? Thank you!

Updates to the plugins that are bundled in the theme are handled by us, when we release a theme update we also update the plugins. We should update the theme next week.

I have problems with the edition of your demo themes, I cannot change the background color of: the portfolio slider buttons, the background of the vertical tab.
In the blog pages, portfolios, you show me all shordcode, and it doesn’t let me edit easily.
changes are made by Architek’s options, and it does not perform them.
In general, the issue is a disaster, I try to register with the technical service, and I do not receive the email.

The problem with the next two links is that the images at the bottom no longer appear (previous project). We have updated the Architek theme to version 1.6, but the problems were not fixed and additional I did not see the images of the project portfolio so I had to go back to version 1.3.2
Please can you confirm if we should fix these two issues in version 1.3.2, or we should move to version 1.6 and fix all three issues in this version? Additionally you say say that WPML is 100% compatible with your theme, but I contacted WPML plugin support and I have been informed that you do not have a compatibility check for them: https://wpml.org/theme/ They shared the following link where you can receive additional support to complete the requirements to be “proven compatible” with WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

You can update theme first and then WordPress. To update Install this plugin https://pt.wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin- upgrades/ then download All files & Documentation from themeforest, unzip it and upload the new theme architek.zip file. Also update all plugins that come with the theme, via the notice that appears on the top of the dashboard.
