The speed issue is very sensitive. We are trying to improve it in theme. Also the speed depends on the server, the image on your site … etc …

So please stay tuned in the next versions. We will optimize the speed from the core. I am not sure if it will be 100% fast because there are many other factors.

You can use several plugins to optimize your site: SG Optimizer, Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache
