I have a couple of questions before making a purchase regarding the theme:
Can I customize the loop inside the hero block (e.g., to include a video, GIF, or custom HTML object)? [Reference link: https://neuronthemes.com/arica/]
Is it possible to use the blocks on the Metro Shop page as categories instead of products? [Reference link: https://neuronthemes.com/arica/metro-shop/]
Can I choose specific categories to display on the Grid Shop page? [Reference link: https://neuronthemes.com/arica/grid-shop/]
What I am aiming for is to set up the Metro Shop page to represent main categories. Then, I would like to create additional subcategories that lead to Metro Shop page again and from there to lead to a Grid Shop page displaying products within that subcategory. Is this functionality achievable with the theme?

Sorry for the late reply, we were not working at the weekend.
1) The animation added to the hero section is a CSS-based effect using the ::before pseudo-element. It’s not a canvas or video—it’s created with pure CSS to render dynamic shapes and movements.
If you’d like to replace or customize the loop in the hero block with a video, GIF, or custom HTML object, this can be easily done by removing the animation and adding an Elementor Video widget or an HTML widget to the section.
2) You can absolutely use this template to showcase product category archives or any other content. The theme includes a Theme Builder, offering all the features of Elementor Pro, so you have complete flexibility to design and customize templates for categories, products, or even entirely custom layouts.
3) Yes, you can! Simply go to the Product widget settings, navigate to the Query tab, and under Include By, set it to Term. From there, you can select the specific categories you want to display.

Hi,
They’ve displayed via the Post widget, so the images are the featured images of the posts, and in the featured image option you can’t upload a video, but you can upload gif animations.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you’ll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Arica Theme.
