1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

This seems to be happening because of a conflict with another plugin.
Could you try this after disabling your other plugins and see if it helps? If that resolves the issue, you can reactivate them one-by-one and see which one is causing the trouble.

Color changes made in the wp-admin > appearance > customize page will apply universally unless it uses a custom skin.

You may use third party page builder plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.
After following your instructions of your support service the error still persist: I’ve restarted Wordpress, updated PHP, reinstalled the template, updated plugings but when I want to edit the wrappers, the slider, or another element, appears this message: “An error occurs. Please refresh the page to try again. If the problem still persists, please contact administrator for this”. Please, I need a solution, could you help me? Thank you!
