I am experiencing issues with visual shortcakes. It is really useful but for example not all of these codes are enabled for all of the pages, blocks, ... which are already created. For example: I am editing the ” footer 5 ” block and it goes perfect. I can add a view to this block. But when I try to edit another footer/page or try to create a new footer from scratch, not all of these visual codes are enabled. What is the reason? Am I doing something wrong? 2nd question: The core updates are same as any other theme? thx in advance for your response.
Hi, By default Shortcodes are cached to save the webserver resources and speed up the website.
But some shortcodes (View, Node, Block, Contact) requires what this content will be not cached, in this case you must use the “Dynamic Shortcodes” format.
Click on the “DIsable Visual Shortcodes” button after this find “Text Format” selectbox under the textarea and select “Dynamic Shortcodes”, finaly click the “Enable Visual Shortcodes” button: www.dropbox.com/s/wjetblmns18rdp9/nikadevs-50.png?dl=0

Hi, Unfortunatelly this is coded in the JavaScript and it’s not possible to disable this from the Theme Settings. I’m will try to implement this as option in the next release.

This is super weird . . . Today when I went to my site I noticed that most of the copy was italic (p, navigation . . . ). I did not change any of the css to do this, and have tried to find anything in the code that might be making it do this, but with no luck. When I went to your live demo site I noticed that the same copy is italic on that site too. I checked the screenshots I took several weeks ago of your demo site and it was not italic then. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? And what I can do to resolve it?

Sorry about that. For some reason I thought that the fonts were embedded by @font-face or something similar. It was because the opensans family was not enabled on my computer. I will come up with a solution. Thanks.

I have an issue with the Kaltura module (video platform) since I installed Aurum. I had the site up and running, and then the client decided he wanted the Aurum theme – which by the way in general I love. But now I am having the following issues with Kaltura that were not there before I got the theme + depending modules.
When I use the add media link, it doesn’t show me a list of the video’s, but it keeps loading. Also, instead of the overview list with Kaltura entries, I get a white screen. The rest of module works fine and is installed correctly. I had some errors in my log, but I fixed them all with patch for Kaltura known issues. So the log stays clean now but my problems still exist.
I don’t this is a php mem_limit issue: the provider gives me 256M and in settings.php I upped to 1024M, which makes the site and the admin pages remarkable faster. I only have issues with Kaltura, the rest of the modules work fine.
Anyone a clue what is going on?

But when I go to this page in the demo version I have, there is no difference in the header and the search feature isn’t present.
How do I go about adding the search field you have there on my navigation bar?

Hello, I am having troubles with the Cpanel login. It happened recently when I cleared all cache settings from my computer. I went to my domain/user and tried to log in but everytime I try logging in it does not connect me through. This irritates me because I can’t work on my website now.

Hi, I’ve checked your website and I can see what there is still old files, just make sure what all files was uploaded and replaced. Especially the sites\all\themes\aurum\js\pi.init.tab.js

I am having issues with the main menu. I have disabled all the pages that came loaded on the theme. My menu works just fine and displays only my site’s pages at full size but when the responsive mobile menu takes over all the disabled pages are visible again. Any ideas on what I can do to resolve this?

I have to bring problems media_gallery to run. Gallery settings are not displayed when creating a node, continue the fields are hidden via hidden. When you do not store the settings are taken from media_gallery but the themes. How can I create a content type which does not run over visual shortcodes. I think the information here will be overwritten.
A good way would be to disable the nd_visualshortcodes on custom content type. What do you make of it?
Hi, Visual Shortcodes is only User Interface which allow you to work with shortcodes for some formats, you always can select another format for your nodes textareas or simply click “Disable Visual Shortcodes” button for some text input. Please read the documentation seciton “Visual Shortcodes” for more information.

Weird, it’s working on your site. Disabling Aggregate isn’t working. I see that the javascript error I am getting is requestAnimationFrame not defined. This is true that android 4.1 to 4.3 doesn’t support this function, but since your site is working it seems like a fallback method isn’t working?
Hello again, I want to inform we have found the issue and its also in your theme on the demo site. You have different menu styles. On your demo site you use version 1 and we use version 6. This version 6 is using function referenced before and this is not supported by the older android versions.
Maybe you could take this into the documentation for people having the same problem and maybe its something for future updates in the theme.

Great Theme. I have installed it with a fresh site. While I was installing , I noticed that 2 required modules where missing. The where not included in the download. the two modules that are missing are: ‘aurum_shortcodes’ and ‘nd_visualshortcodes’. can send me the missing modules or a link the the modules?

How can you configure the homepage. must you build a homepage from scratch(with layoutbuilder) or can you use use a template like the demo. for example I want to use the second homepage. where in the documentation can you find this.

I want tor create a page. under manage CMS. You have a few options one of them is pages. but there is no link add a new page. Must I activate a specific module to get this working.

Hi, If you didn’t have website with content which you want to save I’m strongly recommend you to use the “Full Drupal Installation” which I’ve described in the documentation. This is mean what you will upload the whole Drupal 7 folder and upload the database file to your MySQL database. After this you will have the same configured website as on the LIVE preview. If you don’t need any content you can simply remove or edit it. Your type of installation is working good for website which have content and if you don’t want to loose it. Hi, By default all pages created with Container which is 1170px width, but you can override this in the Layout Builder. I’ve craeted layout called “Full Width” so you only need to add your page URL to this Layout. I have just purchased and installed the theme: I go to the log in page to log in at domainname.com/user. Instead of asking me for username and password it asks for username and email address. I obviously don’t know the email address.
The documentation says to log in with username admin. Password admin.
Any idea?
