Having the same problem as above. Update to elementor has broken the website and also when I updated the theme I got the following error message “Fatal error: Cannot declare class Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit_Custom, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/lccsmedical.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/avas/inc/mega-menu.php on line 0” I know that my support has expired but I would expect updates not to cause such error. I have reverted back to old version of Elementor and the theme until there is a fix.
For the Elementor issue please clear cache from everywhere such as browser, cache plugin, CDN, etc. For theme update issue if you are trying to update from version 5.xx to 6.xx then check our KB article very carefully https://bit.ly/2YywlSR

Thanks! I keep forgetting that I cannot update my theme as the website was built on your version 5.2 and to upgrade it would mean I would have to build the website all over again (not ideal). Will any new updates of elementor break the site on theme version 5.2?
If you face any issue for new updates of Elementor, you just need to clear cache from everywhere.

For problems with theme updates, i cant keep renewing support! I built the entire site from scratch again based on latest theme files. Now its again showing purchase code not registered and hiding all the theme options. Pls fix these bugs – its getting really annoying.
There is no bugs, It’s showing because you have updated to the latest version without deregistering the license, so your site needs to verify again. I have reset your purchase code it should work now.

Hi, we’ve purchased AVAS and installed it manually on our local test environment. Unfortunately we cannot find the “License” part in the “Theme options” area. Do you have any suggestions? The license needs to activate to the live server only. For the local environment, you don’t need it. If you can’t log in with your Envato account then please use your email address instead.
