Thanks for the review! We feel a bit down after reading your feedback! Here, we are quite confused about how this React template tried to teach you React! Generally, if anyone only buys this template if they are aware of the technology and can use for their needs. We fear how this force someone to teach React after buying the item!

We are not sure what was the email communication between you and the customer support team as the dedicated support team could not identify any cases where they replied something odd or anything which is not professional! We want to say confidently that we have been received most of our 5-star reviews for the quality customer support.

We think the template purchase and the review placed intentionally! All three React templates you purchased have multi-page included so creating a new page by following the other page structure could be quite easier! We are not convinced by the text “sufficient documentation to load specific pages outside of the main template” as the documentation is quite enough to get the template structure and customization info. It would be great if you please share the missing elements in the document so we can review and make the update.

Here, again we are confused as you are saying “I highly recommend finding a different company to utilize a template from as they provide sufficient documentation that works out of the box, as other templates throughout Envato's site do”! Not sure, how you are recommending other templates from the whole Envato marketplace as you can’t confirm the documentation quality of all items from the marketplace! We think this is not quite faring that without providing suggestions or feedback you are trying to bias others!

We are VERY UPSET now as you are continuously saying “I've never been so insulted by a company and think that folks would be better off using different templates that should be easy to use (even for seasoned and entry-level front-end developers that want something to work quickly).”

Please please help us by forwarding the email you received from us which you are saying contains text which you found insulting! We NEVER ever would have sent an email to our customers which contains anything unprofessional! We are very committed to keeping professionalism as best as possible for any cases.

The templates you have bought contains very basic level React knowledge to work with. But we are not sure why you continuously been tried to bias people to buy other available templates where you definitely not have bought and tested all of the available templates! Anyone can buy any templates/items which they like and find could be useful for their purpose.

But please don’t blame us by saying anything which we haven’t done. We are here to do our best work and make the marketplace great for anyone who needs templates for their needs. Please help us by sharing your feedback and provide us suggestions so we can improve ourselves. If you are experienced with the coding industry then your advice would be really helpful for our improvement.

We are here to support you by offering our best but we need your support back to keep us confident, motivated and dedicated!
