Good Morning, I’m having trouble importing the XML. I tried to follow the documentation and it did not work. I am now using the All in One WP Migration plugin and it also did not work, in the migration appeared this message:
Unable to import Version 2.1.1 of All in One WP Migration introduces new compression algorithm. It makes exporting and importing 10 times faster. Unfortunately, the new format is not back compatible with backups made with earlier versions of the plugin. You can either create a new backup with the latest version of the plugin, or convert the archive to the new format using our tools here.

Hello. Trying to upload the demo site and stuck at 90%. I realize it says this may take some time but just wondering exactly how much time I should wait before becoming concerned of an issue?
(UPDATE) I figured this issue out by contacting my hosting. I do have another question though… so when I imported the demo version, it kept all of my content and imported all of your content (pages, menus, photos) everything so I have double everything. I figured I could just go in and delete the duplicates and customize to my store but is there an easier way to do this?

Please, note that we implemented function that makes logo image double smaller then original image size to insure good quality on retina devices, too. So, all you should do is to upload image that is double bigger then the size you want to see in frontend. After an excruciating installation process, after manually adding photos to products whose images didn’t import correctly, I managed to set up a demo site here: www.dnadentalsupplies.com/demo/.
