Hi you have a range of problems with the mobile menu on an iPhone, and the errors are showing on your sample site, when you open the mobile menu, the home link raises up and then is not accessible and you have no way of closing the mobile menu unless you change pages. The menu needs a X to close the menu and users need to be able to see the Home link…I would expect all users of this template will have this issue, so it’s is not just an error for me but an error for all mobile users. Please can you test the template on an iPhone and you will see the error then maybe fix / improve the mobile menu experience, the template is great so it’s a shame it’s being let down by a poor mobile navigation system experience Thanks Brian

Thanks, you have a problem now with index_4.html in the download file, words under the slider are not sliding in correctly, it only shows 2 words and moves to another line, i have tried to fix but clearly this is a CSS issue, i am happy to share a screen grab with you of the fault
Just noticed you also have the same error with the slider on index 5, again the words under the slider header are sliding in at just one or two words per line…the error can be seen in Chrome and Edge and Firefox…

Hello Brian, actually you got wrong with this slider, index_4.html & index_5.html slider with fadeIn animation what’s why you think it’s bug. if you want to change this animation you can easily do it by changing this line in script.js , we show in a snapsort index_4.html https://imgur.com/gklwy0k index_5.html https://imgur.com/gklwy0k

You have me the same excuse last time when I told you about this problem, I then send you screen shots of the fault to your support email address, the fade in on index 4 and 5 does not work, check your support email for a message from me a week ago with screen grabs showing you the faults….you should really check these things…before sending me a word for word duplicate reply….

Hello, so I have downloaded a new version of the template and yes there is no problems if i upload it to a different url, the slider does work http://www.c2creative.co.uk/eptest/index_4.html , but if i upload the two new files to my working site the sliders on index 4 and 5 don’t run, i have not changed any settings that run the sliders, if you notice the slider works fine on my homepage of the working site http://www.c2creative.co.uk/ep/ so I am guessing some of the code in your updated version is different to the one that came with the original template….i don’t ideally want to have to try and build the whole site again to get these two index pages to work…can you advise which files in the package related to the sliders and I will update those files from the new download to the work in progress site.
Sorry it’s very difficult to know which part of the code you need

Hello i have just purchased this template but i am having lots of errors uploading the site, it will not let me had or change any files paths and SASS upload is failing, i have tried to upload file core ftp and filezilla and both are having teh same problems. I have tried to add a new image to the img directory but it just fails, please can you check and test the download file as i am currently unable to edit anything and upload expect the html page they seem to be ok.
