Completely not usable! Have uploaden several times in the last year and it always crashes! Love the theme and al its features but hate the fact that I payd for a theme that doesnt even work! And the support is expired now so I’m left with a theme I can’t use and no support.
I asume there is nothing that can be done so the theme wil work and not crash!?
Otherwhise I have to buy a new theme!

Hi! I purchased the Wordpress template which included Visual Composer however when I use the program the Bencher templates do not appear, rather i’m forced to purchase the program to get full accessibility.
Also, is there another location I can connect to customer support or this the only space?

About Visual Composer, You do not need active or take care about that message active. You can update Visual Composer with the license code. BUT, buying a theme which is bundled with Visual Composer(like our themes) does not mean that you also buying a license for a Visual Composer. The Visual Composer come bundled with the theme files and you don’t have to buy or register it. We provide updates on a regular basis after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme version, you can find it in /plugins folder.
To update our plugin include on our theme. Please delete current version then click re-install on top message about plugin requires. Thanks and let me know if you need another assistants!

Some of my products have medium to long titles, and as a result, the product list display is completely messed up. Is there any way to change this so that the title wraps to a second line and repositions the price and category if appropriate?
