we said of purchase code based on second ticket , secondly if for one difficulty you created multiple tickets you need to understands there are lots of ticket plus first ticket was on saturday so weekend as well
due to weekend , tickets flow gets more so we always recommend to wait rather creating multiple tickets

Your Screen Shot and my screen shot clearly indicates that support was requested Saturday, no response till Tuesday! Even if it means no response, weekends, there was none on Monday.
Don’t falsify information when the facts are right there.
