Is there latest theme update available? Which should support latest wordpress version(5.8.2) and woocommerce(5.8.0)
Also I have purchased 1.8.0 theme and that has a bug in product gallery. Initially product gallery showing too small, once I click on image navigation arrow then it resizing to original/expected view. Please check the below links and help me to sort out this issue.

It’s our fault, because we didn’t change the version number when we update theme. But you have downloaded the latest version already. Please go to bigcart->tyles.css, and change the version number by 1.9.0 on your end. If you have any other questions, please let us know again.

Hi there, I am using this theme too and have also the issue that on safari product image are not shown. Further I am not able to update Woocommerce – since version 3.9.3 no updates are possible. Sorry for our late reply. We think you didn’t purchase our theme yet. And there is no way to purchase only support license. You need to purchase theme first. And we will fix the product image issue on safari browser in our next version. If you have the other problems, please let us know again.

Hi, I just took a licence for WPBakery but I cannot instal it on my theme. This is maybe the reson why :

It could be so that your WP theme author disabled License tab of WPBakery Page Builder within his/her theme configuration. It is necessary to contact theme author directly to get information on how to enable License tab by removing his/her custom blocker.

You needn’t activate wpbakery license. Because we already purchased license and add the wpbakery plugin in our theme content. If plugin is updated, we always update it in our theme. So you can just install and use that. If you want to active license, you need to purchase the wp bakery plugin again on your end. So please use that without activation.

Thank you for your answer and I know that the problem comes from the SSC. but I can’t find my user ticket and my support is outdated.
The problem is general and affects all the users of your theme and also your demo site. Product images in single product does not display on safari (on tablet and iphone).
If this was only about months I would not have called support without a ticket but now it’s a problem on your side. Thank you for updating this problem. And bravo for the programming of this theme which is very good.
It would take an update of the theme to fix this general problem.

Hi guys,
we updated your theme to the version 1.8 but have a problem with the Redux plugin.
As soon as we upgrade to WordPress 5.5.1 the header disappear. If we deactivate Redux the header images appear again but of course the functionality of the website is missing.

The only way it is allowing me to login is through my hosting account, the user section of the website isn’t allowing me to create any new users or edit any other user’s passwords so I am unable to make a new admin either. Would you like to try login through my bluehost?

Hi, I am facing a problem with the shipping calculator cost. After upgrading the theme, the calculator is no more working in the cart page and the checkout page. The shipping costs are calculated based on States (Casablanca 20 dhs – Mohammadia 35 dhs – Marrakech 40 dhs), but when the state is selected, no costs are calculated.

Hi, I have the same problem as other users (Your theme (BigCart) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce). Also wordpress is updated to 5.5 and Wpbakery stops working to be able to update products, with stock, pages, etc … and I have to go back one version every day. Please fix. Thank you

I’m having the same issue with updating to Wordpress 5.5.1-DE version on 3 Sites where Bigcart is installed.
The error occures right after I have updated WP. It occures regardless if Bigcart 1.4.0 or Bigcart 1.7.0 is installed. It occures regardless if the site uses PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.3. A subsequent update to Bigcart 1.8 did not help. Another site with a different theme seems to work fine after updating to WP 5.5.1.
Unfortunately I can not log in to submit a support ticket. Your system keeps telling me that I have to confirm my email address first. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation mail. What can I do?

Hi, after updating Wordpress to version 5.5.1 is the admin dashboard not working as expected. Most of the buttons, dropdown menus, woocommerce orders are not responding at all. This happens only when your Theme is activated. Is there a compatibility issue with the current Wordpress Version? Please help, at the moment I can’t manage the site with your theme. The customiser tool is totally blank when clicking on it. Deleted theme and used another one and problem is solved.
