There is no page with product categories, however, it can be created using available elements. You can either use banners or “Product Category List” widget showcased here. The theme is compatible with Qi Addons for Elementor plugin.

I purchased the template and tried to register the theme. I’ve been waiting for hours, but it’s still not working. When I try to contact support, I get the message: ‘Error establishing a database connection.’ I paid 92 dollars for this I can’t believe it.

This was most likely due to temporary server downtime. Please clear your browser cache and try again.

This is not a browser cache issue. I have tried multiple times and on different browsers. This is a problem with your server. Even when I visit https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/ to submit a ticket, it shows “Error establishing a database connection,” which clearly indicates a server-side issue.

Although I successfully registered the theme, I am unable to import the demo content. Not only that, I can’t work properly at all. From what I understand, your server appears to shut down every day after a certain time.

I am requesting that your server be available 24/7. If you are selling a template at this price, your server should be operational 24/7.

We are sorry, however, we are using Coudflare and there was an outage due to the scheduled maintenance. Both import and our support forum are working correctly now.

Hello. I have installed the template and imported the demo files but I get an error when importing (I have tried several times). I see that when publishing the website with the example files the Slider is not displayed and gives an error and I see that in Slider Revolution there is no slide. I try to upload it again from Import demo content, only the Revolution Slider, but it tells me that no file exists: “The import process may take some time. Please be patient. 0% Files don’t exist”.

Here it is explained how to import sliders manually (not through Bisou Dashboard > Import section, but through Slider Revolution dashboard).

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

I’ve tried uploading the theme several times it keeps failing. The error reads; “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” How do I fix this?

This usually means that the wrong file is being uploaded. You should extract bisou.zip from the .zip file downloaded from ThemeForest and upload just bisou.zip. For more detailed step by step instructions, please check the article in this link.

Please understand that our Help Center is closed during weekend. Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so if you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

For demo import please follow instructions from this article. You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.
